Well here is the next chapter; sorry for it being short but I'm already working on the next one and it should be longer. Also, this story is coming close to the end, only have a few chapters left. Anyways, hope you all like this chapter.

Emily's POV:

"Yes a lot of questions, but I don't know where to begin." I whisper to myself as we walk through the garden, pasting the pond.

"Well then, let me begin with what I have to say, child." Oden says with a smile to put me at ease.

"Please do." I say relieved, smiling back.

"As you know your sister and you have gifts, but you are unaware of where they are from and why you have them." Oden didn't really sound like he was talking to me, but I knew he was serious.

"I thought we got our 'gifts' from when experiments that where done to us over 10 year's age." I tell him.

"No child, you did not receive your gifts from that. You both were born with your gift. Those experiments only awoken your gifts." He explains to me. It's silent for a few seconds before he asks, "Do you know much about your family, parents, or your grandparents perhaps?" while he tapes my arm like people do when they really know the answer by the look on your face.

"No I don't. In fact I have no clue who my family is, my sister and I were raised by Director Fury of SHEILD after our parents died on a mission. We know nothing, beside who our parents were and what they did." I say, realizing how little I know about my family or anything but SHEILD.

"Well, my child, there is a lot you need to know but there's not enough time. What is most important is that your sister's and your gifts are Asgardian and those gifts can help win the war Loki is bringing to your SHEILD and home." He said sternly.

"Your Majesty, why did you bring me here?" I ask.

"You need to depend on Ember, now most of all. Her fire and your ice may be difficult to have control and balance over, but you truly can't have one without the other." He said. I was confused by what that but then I understood. Ember and I are complete opposites, her fire and my ice, we are like yin yang. Perfect balance when used together and the strongest attack force I could have.

Almost like Oden could read my mind, he said, "Now you get it, my child, the both of you together is stronger than just one of you. Even your grandmother had to learn that."

"My grandmother?" I ask, curious as to whom she is.

"Yes, a fire and ice user just as yourself. A powerful woman, but you my dear, can and will be stronger." He tells me.

"What about my grandfather?" I ask.

"Ah, one of our healers and a great warrior. His gifts are healing and force field, just like your sister, but his healing abilities are in you as well along with your grandmothers temper is in your sister." he tells me.

I was starting to get light headed; we were nearing a bench so I told Oden that I needed to sit down.

"It is time for you to leave Emily. I hope what little I have told you will help you. Be sure to tell your sister, she will need to know." He said putting his hand on my head and moving me to where I was leaning against his. Everything started to fade and within a few seconds all I could see was black. "I will see you soon, my child," I hear him whisper to me. The sun was warming my skin, then I start filling cold. I couldn't hear anything after a few more seconds.

Rosalie's POV:

It's been 30 minutes since Natasha and Clint came by. Stark figured out where Loki and the Tasseract are, New York City. Stark, Captain, Natasha, and Clint have gone after him about 20 minutes ago. I look at my sister when I see all the color drain from her face. I panicked, and then I remembered that I needed to report in to Fury when something changed with Em.

"Fury, sir, there has been a change with Emily." I say into my earpiece, my voice breaking a little.

"Is she awake?" I can hear his worry.

"No sir, you need to come down to the Med bay." I say hanging my head.

"I'm on my way, Agent Storm." Fury said then my earpiece goes silent.

I sit down next to Emily again and grab her hand; her skin cool. Two minutes later Fury walks in, Emily's hand starting to get warm.

            "What's changed Rosalie?" he asks.

"The color in her face is fading and now her skin temperature is changing from cool to warm." I tell her; Emily's skin cooling down again, this time feeling ice cold.

Fury walks over to us and gentle placing his hand on her now very warm forehead. "She's strong, she'll wake up soon."

            "I know," I whisper

A moment after I said that, her skin goes ice cold then fire hot in a matter of seconds, just going back and forth. Nick and I yank our hands away from Emily's skin and us backing up a little from her. Next thing that happens, a bright light appears around Emily and engulfs her. We shield our eyes from the very bright light. After a few seconds the light fades away, we remove our hands from our eyes and look at Emily. She looks different now, her light brown wavy hair changed to strawberry blond and curly, her highlights were gone too. Also her skin was no longer tan, but fair with only a slight tan. She no longer look died ether, but very much alive. I slowly walk up to her and then her eyes flutter open, with them being different too. Instead of it being just a stormy blue, they were bright stormy blue with ember flakes.

"Emily?" I ask her quietly. Her eyes flash to me and after a second of looking at me, she smiles.

"Hello Rosalie," was her reply to me.

She sits up slowly and looks around the room. As she is looking around, I place my hand on top of one of hers' to prove to myself that she was really awoke, her hand wrapping around mine. She spots Nick beside the door and smiles at him too.

"Hello Nick," she said to him.

Nick gives her a small, rare smile that he only used for us. He walks over to us and places his hand on her head.

"Emily, how are you feeling?" he asks her.

She was quiet for a few seconds before she said, "Better then I've felt in years."

I smiled; glad to have my sister awake and back. Now we just have to tell her about Loki escaping, Clint back on our side, finally knowing where the Tasseract is, and now trying to beat Loki and getting the Tasseract back. "This should be fun,' I think sarcastically to myself.
