I'm lying wide awake
I Can't sleep at night
I'm staring at the ceiling
So many thoughts on my mind
It's just another sleepless night
All i think about is the days we had
And about the promises you made
Some memories make me smile
But soon I realise it was all a lie
It's just another sleepless night

All i think about is when you were by my side
When I was young
I use to count sheep's
when I couldn't sleep
But now it doesn't work for me
I remember the words you said
That you will never leave
But now I'm lying here all alone
And you are not here with me
It's just another sleepless night
I can't sleep
Because all i see are bad dreams
In all of them you leave
My thoughts are so deep
Day by day slowly they are killing me
All i think about is how my life would be
if you were with me
It's just so hard to sleep
When there is so much on my mind
So like every other night
It's just another sleepless night
Author's note :- thank u guys for all the comments on last a/n .i wanted to give up and i was going to delete my account.im not that happy posting this poem but this is for you guys for all the love and support and then I realized you guys are all i need and you guys trust me and are here for me and that is more then enough .so ya I will be posting more poems and after this book is completed I will be writing more too :') I love u all so so much and I won't stop because of someone doing wrong. bad people won't end so ya never let them effect you or let them stop you from doing something you love :)
