The sun had gotten up early and apparently, it wanted Cassie to do the same. She gripped the sheets tighter but sneaked a glance at the clock which made her groan and accept her fate. She had left the balcony doors open all night to welcome the beautiful night breeze. As it was morning, the breeze had turned into a warm swipe of air and blessed her with a smile.

When she had left late last night, she had agreed that they could come pick her up for a ride because she had to take care of technical things at her house. She pulled herself out of bed and walked into her bathroom, taking a quick shower and then enjoying luxurious skincare products to make her glow perfectly. She brushed her teeth and then entered her large wardrobe to pick what she wanted to wear.

She took a bathing suite and put on a designer covering skirt that swirled at her ankles. She moved over to her jewelry and put on some necklaces and gold earrings to decorate her face. She did her hair and grabbed some small sunglasses with a beach bag. She grabbed one of her journal to wait with on her marina.

She washed an apple and walked outside to the beach chair that waited for her. She sat down and took out her journal to start writing about everything that was happening. After a few moments, she heard a whistle. "Cass, looking cute today," JJ commented, making her heart swarm with warmth and her eyes roll. Pope nodded, "Is it one of those days?"

Cassie nodded, "I felt bougie, what can I say?"

JJ helped her onto the boat as a proper gentleman as John B started the boat. Twenty minutes later, another boat came in sight along the river. JJ took off his glasses in astonishment, "That's the Malibu 24-MXZ, the world's finest wakesetter. Number one in luxury, quality, and performance. 200K, easy." Because if there was anything JJ knew, it was boats.

Pope sighed, "Most of us definitely picked the wrong parents."

Kie glared at the boat, "I hate to break it to you guys, but that's Topper and his girlfriend."

As she said that, the boat came more into view as Cassie could see Sarah and Topper wrapped together, driving the boat. Cassie could see both of their facial expressions, like they were better than them because they were rich and had a better boat. Cassie couldn't stand it.

The Pogues couldn't help but love Cassie when she showed off her badass side. JJ couldn't help but stare at her perfect golden skin in the sun with her face in a bad bitch resting face. She looked completely in power, earning her a glare from the couple who yearned what she had.

Pope and Kie couldn't help but love when she showed up the Kooks. She completely had control over the situation and was not going to let Topper and Sarah show her up on her turf.

John B admired her ability to beat anyone who came close to her and her friends and even though it was a glare off, Cassie was winning.

Kiara rolled her eyes towards Sarah, "You don't have to act like you don't see us, bitch."

The last Topper was able to see of Cassie was the glimmer off her gold earrings and bracelets, which he and Sarah knew beat them at any level.

When they were out of distance, Cassie turned and smirked at her Pogues as JJ couldn't help but grin, "You're amazing, you know that Cass?"

Kie couldn't keep the smile off, "You beat Sarah at her own game."

And that was the way Cassie liked it.

Later that day, Cassie sat in the van next to Kiara who was resting her head on Cassie's shoulder. From the boat, she had changed into a simple cropped long sleeve shirt with some denim shorts, hiding her bathing suit underneath. Finally when they arrived at their destination, John B looked at JJ who was cocking the gun, "We're behind enemy lines."
