I tried waiting for them to bring Jandi but I couldn't and they said she's already in there waiting for me .."besides what could she possibly do to me?"

I asked myself then grab my kimono, put it on top of my long sleeveless gown and begin heading to the direction where they said Hwa is waiting for me after I told Min Yong-hwan not to follow me ..that I'm within the palace.

I sigh in relief as I stand in front of the door then raise my hand to the knob and begin twisting it in order to open it ..halfway through, my hand stayed still when I heard my name being called by the one person I don't want to see now.

"Nana." My wife called again which made me turn towards her, but the look on her face makes me ask myself "what have I done?" even when I'm positive that I haven't done anything to warrant that look.

I walked up to her and held her on her long sleeve then frown when my eyes now notice Hwa standing behind her smirking.

This is another one of their tricks.

"What did she say to you!" I asked angrily and curiously when I realized that she's saying something to her but she did not answer me.

"What were you doing inside Sangyun's quarters!" She yelled which made me move away from her as she's obviously angry for whatever reason that I don't know ..besides this isn't Sangyun's place, this is a new building that's yet to be completed.

"This is not Sangyun's quarters." I said but it seems like that too is a mistake ..I shouldn't have said that because now she looks so furious.

"I gave Sangyun's this one space as a punishment for laying his hands on you but here you are ..in front of his new room, Nana!

What were you doing inside his room!?" She yelled so loudly while looking at me furiously.

What made me angry is that she just accused me, although she didn't say it out loud ..she did. I look at her then look around to know if people are looking at us, but they aren't and I know they want to but they couldn't because she's the Empress and she is angry.

Damn her! I said then began going to my chamber, but stopped abruptly when I heard Hwa said to her..

"I told you she's cheating on you because obviously she prefers men. She has no shame coming to my brother's quarters to ask him for sex and so wicked for that matter because I know my brother will reject her but she just want to put him in trouble again." Hwa said and immediately as if I'm being controlled by a spirit ..a very strong spirit, I walked up to Hwa and slapped her, not once but twice.

"You just go around coursing trouble! and I'm not a whore ..okay. I'm not a whore." I said the last part to my wife, now facing her, I said. "If this is what has you so furious then I'd like you to know that I'm still a vir..r.." I couldn't finish my last sentence as someone all of a sudden hugged me from behind on the leg, obviously on their knees and then began tugging on my gown.

I turn my attention to that person and it's Jandi, I pulled her up and hug her but then pull out of our embrace as the Empress begins walking out.

"Thank you." I mouthed to Jandi ..thanking her for coming and for stopping my stupid mouth from blurting out what it intended to say and then hurry after my angry wife.
