I blinked.
Eros' blood? Well, that's...impossible.
I frowned. "You mean a vial?"
Hypnos observed me. His shoulders drooped in a lazy gesture. "No, I want to suck him dry -- of course a vial."
I rolled my eyes. Either way, How am I gonna steal blood from the god of love?
It's not like Eros will stretch out his arm and say, 'sure Penny, I'll be happy to give you my blood'.
He already tried to eat me when we just met!
I nodded. "I'll think about it."
Hypnos smiled, displaying yellowish teeth. "You do that, but just a heads up, if I somehow find a way out on my own, I'll be coming for you."
Is he threatening me?
I paused when footsteps were heard from the previous room.
Someone is coming.
Hypnos faced me and unconsciously scratched his huge belly. "I guess my time is done. Think about what I've said, but don't take too long. Good luck."
More footsteps were heard and they were getting closer. I turned towards the door just before someone in combat boots walked into the doorway.
It followed red cargo pants and a dark tank top which clung to a broad chest.
Liam pocketed his gloved hands and tilted his head. "How's training?"
