'y/n we've got 3 MVC victims coming in, the rigs will be here at any minute',
Owen said somewhat inviting me to go out and join him outside as he began to walk there. I quickly grabbed my trauma gown, I felt my arm be pulled back slightly, I looked up and saw that it was Mark,
'hey baby how are you going this morning?',
I asked him slightly smiling, Mark folded his arms at me and looked at me extremely unimpressed,
'you left early this morning',
Mark said extremely bluntly, I looked up at him slightly confused,
'I did because I needed to come into the ER to get it organised',
I said still confused, he shook his head at me,
'y/n you're not supposed to be working',
Mark said, I looked at him unimpressed,
'No, Robbins said I just need to go easy',
I said to him, he shook his head,
'Mark I need to go and help out',
I said before quickly putting my trauma gown on and walking into the ambulance bay,
'Y/n you take the next ambulance, Kepner and I have these two',
Owen said, I nodded my head as the third ambulance pulled in. The ambulance stopped and I opened the doors, I went to pull the stretcher out of the ambulance but was slightly pushed out of the way. I was slightly confused,
'what the hell?',
I asked, I looked up and saw Mark pulling the stretcher out. I shook my head at him,
'he's just got a broken arm and a small head laceration; he was in the back seat so he wasn't hit directly',
The ambulance workers said,
'Jo get him into trauma bay 3; page neuro and ortho but I'm thinking they will already be down here. Assess him and I will be in to check in a few minutes',
I said to Jo slightly annoyed, she nodded her head and directed the ambulance workers into the hospital with her interns. I turned my focus onto Mark who had now realised I was annoyed at him,
'Mark I get that you're just trying to protect me but this is my job, think about the fact that I'm going to have to have 2 months off whereas you get to come comeback today work nearly straight away! I'm terrified of having this baby so let me work so I can think about something else right now',
I said to him slightly raising my voice, Mark went to say something but I shook my head,
