'have you seen y/n?',
I heard Alex ask as knocked on Meredith and Derek's door, Derek walked over, I shook my head at him. He gave me a soft smile reaching for the door handle, I quickly hid next the door behind it as Derek opened the door only slightly,
'no sorry Alex have you checked her room?',
Derek said sticking his head out of the room,
'yes I have! do you think I would be standing here if I hadn't?',
Alex yelled getting slightly angry. I didn't want to see Alex right now, I took a deep breath maybe a little to loudly as Alex looked in the direction I was standing in,
'Derek why are you lying to me? y/n's in there I can hear her',
Alex said trying to force the door open so he could get in, Derek held the door where it was,
'you've got to give her time',
Derek said, I felt the tears swell in my eyes, I quickly walked towards the bathroom locking the door behind me,
'I can't! I'm scared that she will leave me',
Alex said, I could hear him getting closer to where I was. I saw a figure outside of the bathroom door, it was Alex, he knocked on the door lightly,
'baby can you unlock the door for me?',
Alex asked softly, I took a deep breath trying to stop my tears,
'A-Alex can you just give me a few hours to myself',
I stuttered out, Alex pressed his head against the door,
'you know I can't do that, when we started dating we said we would never leave each other',
Alex said, I slowly walked over to the door opening. As soon as I saw him I collapsed into his arms, Alex left a kiss on the top of my head,
'baby you've got to tell me what is going',
Alex said slowly lowering to the ground with me in his arms, I took a deep breath,
'c-can we talk about it later I just want to sit with you?',
I stuttered out between sobs, Alex kissed the top of my head,
'that's fine baby, I'm right here, it's gonna be okay'.
