January 27th WB Studio 12:00
The boys had been in costume and makeup for the last hour and after the table reads over the previous two days they were finally ready to begin filming the movie. The boys walked to their positions on the set and were getting ready to begin filming.
"Okay and action" Taylor said
Damian was looking at a Batsuit in case with the Bat symbol on it and Alfred was standing beside him when Jon walked in.
"Damian?" Jon questioned
Damian looked up from the case and looked at Jon
"More heroes have come. Wonder Woman brought Wonder Girl and some other people in her invisible jet" Jon exclaimed
"Is the jet still here?" Damian asked
"Um...it's kinda hard to tell. It's invisible. Are you going to change?" Jon asked
"I...I don't know if I'm ready to" Damian replied
"I get it. Really. This symbol doesn't exactly come free of burden you know?" Jon stated looking at the insignia on his chest
"Alfred excuse the interruption. I brought tea. Earl grey right?" Clark questioned entering
"I...Thank you. I'm not used to people waiting on me, Master Kent" Alfred replied
"There are no Masters here, Alfred. Could I have a word with Damian?" Clark asked
"Of course. I'll leave you to it" Alfred replied as he left the room with Jon
"Shouldn't you be out there?" Damian asked
"Jon convinced me this was important" Clark replied
"I thought a man who could leap tall buildings would be above nepotism" Damian stated
"And I thought so much cynicism couldn't fit into one twelve year old. Bruce believed you deserved this. And your father was almost always right. Often irritatingly so" Clark exclaimed
"Bruce wasn't always right" Damian pouted crossing his arms
"Of course not. When we're young, fathers are rarely ever right. And then we grow older, and we realise that they were trying to protect us from" Clark began
"I liked your dad. He was old school. Paragraph Jonathan Kent was as genuine as he seemed, wasn't he?" Damian questioned
"He was" Clark replied
"I'm really sorry about...What happened. Are you okay?" Damian asked
"Am I...? You're a good young man, Damian. And the right choice to take up the mantle. You shouldn't be afraid. But I'm guessing it's not actually the symbol that scares you" Clark responded
"No" Damian replied
"No" Clark smirked
"It's just, if I put on his suit...It means he's really gone" Damian stated
"Bruce became a hero because he lost people he loved. He fought every day to stop that from happening to others. The world needs that more then ever. I believe the world needs you, Batman" Clark stated with a hand on Damian's shoulder
"And cut that was great guys, Damian go change costume. The rest of you take a break" Taylor exclaimed
Damian left and the others all went and sat down when Cassie walked in
"Your not shooting until later today why are you still here" Jon asked
"I want to see Dames in his Batsuit, have you seen it yet" Cassie questioned
