"OH, RILEY THANK GOD, you're here" Rory rushes over to the counter where Riley sat sipping on her coffee "why aren't you with my mum and grandpa though?"

"Ah, you're kidding me i just got back from school, i don't have time for that" Riley sassily remarks and then notices Paris behind Rory "Hey, Paris, what are you doing here?"

"i'm trying to get a rundown of the ugly side of small towns and what lies beneath it all" Paris answers her directly taking a seat beside Riley

"So, this must be a typical Tuesday for you" Riley sarcastically responds and Paris stares intensely at her

"You know it usual aggravates me when Rory makes a comment like that, but for some reason when you do it  it's appealing" Paris says to her considerably making Rory scoff

Riley, however, was flattered by this and couldn't help but grin at her "thanks, Paris"

Paris then aggressively picks up one of the menus on the counter and looks through it

"what are you doing?" Rory asks her with a slight laugh in her voice

"Trying just to blend in, fade away, observe" Paris hints

Riley will never understand why Rory couldn't stand Paris at times, Paris was fun.

"Hey, Rory, coffee?" Luke comes over to the trio to ask

"Thanks, Luke" Rory says

Riley cheekily holds out her mug towards Luke for a refill, who of course obliges to her request

"Who's your friend?" Luke then asks taking notice of Paris

"Angela Lansbury" Rory says for an answer

"You're the owner here?" Paris then cuts off starting her way by interrogating Luke

"Oh, this will be good" Riley gleefully mumbles under her breath while drinking her coffee

"Yep. You want some coffee, Angela?" Luke asks Paris making Riley lightly giggle

"No, thanks. So, you run the diner, huh?" Paris then asks him not bothering to play nice

"Oh, boy" Rory mutters not looking forward where Paris was heading with

"You get a lot of truckers through here?" Paris continues

"Truckers?" Luke questions her

"Yeah, guys on the road for weeks, looking for company. Things like that" Paris explains assertively

Luke looks over at both Riley and Rory and shares a look with them over Paris' craziness "what's she talking about?"

"Your guess is as good as mine" Rory answers Luke holding up her hands
