The brunette laid in bed staring at the ceiling bored out of her mind looking for something to do. Eda opened the door "hey kiddo your girlfriend is here" Luz sat up and raised an eyebrow "don't you mean frie-" "did I stutter?" Amity walked in with a red face eda smirked at the two and left the room closing the door "hey Amity are you okay your face is-" "no I'm fine" amity smiled at her crush
Luz stood up "okay!" Amity shrugged and looked back and at Luz "hey you wanna go to the carnival?" The latinas eyes widen and she gave a huge smile "really!" "Yeah just the two of us?"
"Sure Ami when do we go?" Amity checked her scroll case "if we go right now we can get there really early" Luz thought about it but then grabbed her shoes "I'm down" "you sure" "yeah"
The teens leave the owl house and into the forest Amity caught herself staring at Luz a few times not wanting her to notice she turned her head the other way blushing. Luz noticed to which made her think she probably had something on her face "Ami do I have something on my face?" Amity

Amity then wanted to get closer "yeah hold still for a sec I'll get it" Amity walked up closer to her crush and held her by her face and looked at it closer and pretended to grab something out of her hair "got it"
Luz sighed "what was it?" "Just a small leaf" "oh" they continued walking Luz was lost in thought 'i wonder what my mother is doing right now in the human realm' before they knew it they were in town walking through a large crowd full of witches and demons as soon as Amity and Luz left the crowd suddenly the whispers started filling the area The two girls
Felt shivers down their spine Luz was worried for Amity knowing she wouldn't want her friend to ruin her reputation so she slowed down walking behind her hoping it would get people to at least look away
The witch caught on and slowed down walking right next to her crush
"Amity people are staring I don't want you to get weird looks from people because your hanging out with me"
Amity sighed and grabbed Luz's hand and stood by her side giving glares at the others making them looked away
"Luz I don't care what people think
Im just happy to be here with you"
Luz slightly blushed and turned her face the other way she couldn't help but smile they continued to hold hands walking down hill till they Finally reached the carnival they have came upon so many kinds of rides games food people walking around having the time of their lives as if it were the end of the world.
