Luz finished the last of her home work and settled for the day she was tired and had made it through the week all she wanted to do was rest

She walked out the library but suddenly felt like someone was watching her. A burning feeling in her gut it told her to run she looked around to see if she could see anyone or anything, Nothing she continued walking home but with her guard up and paying attention to her surroundings and looking over her shoulder every few minutes then heard a twig snap she bolted not looking behind her making her way back to the owl house

She felt someone touch her shoulder she turned and saw Amity smiling she felt relieved and was given a hug

Amity rested her head on luz's shoulder then the two entered the owl house walking inside the went to luz's room opening and closing the door behind them the latina sat on her bed while the lavender haired witch sat next to her holding hands, In a conversation on how their days went amity found herself lost in her girlfriends gaze she felt butterflies in her stomach feeling weak in her knees 'even by her gaze I still get flustered' luz smiled "look what I made" she pulled out a flower crown all different colors amity smiled back "its beautiful" "I know it'll look good with you wearing it!" Amity blushes and allowing luz to put the crown on her she looked at her "how do I look?" "So beautiful" luz looked at her in awe
Amity blushed and looked the other way as the latina chuckles.

The lavender haired witch managed to keep luz held close to her snuggling her girlfriend she smelled nice scratch that she always smelled good her skin was soft her hair was short and fluffy slowly growing out so was now in a pony tail luz still had some scars on her slowly healing amity feels butterflies every time she feels her touch. it was so addicting the witch couldn't get enough of her she kept the latina in a snuggle trap, not planning to let go anytime soon
The room was quiet and calming luz had drifted off to sleep resting her head onto Amity's chest still being cuddled amity covered her in a blanket to keep her warm then gave her a forehead kiss and made sure her sweetie had gotten the rest she wanted soon falling asleep as well but not before texting her siblings to cover her of course they agreed as for it was settled she can stay longer with her human she can't help but obsess over luz admiring her for everything she did her bravery her personality and beauty 'I am so happy having you in my life and peacefully sleeping in my arms your the best thing in my life and I won't let anything come between us' amity fell asleep still holding luz closely as if someone would try and take luz from her while she slept the two stayed in that position the entire time king then had to sleep in eda's room to not disturb the love birds which made the little demon jealous luz would be giving her attention to her girlfriend but then went into eda's nest next to her he curled up in a ball and fell asleep next to the older women who was already drifting off into a deep sleep

Next day

Luz and king were being chased by a couple of guards for a robbery they recently did soon giving the bags of money to eda while she was flying on her staff luz threw king onto eda and ran the other direction making the other guards chase her
All the our lady could do was trust her since she had been making new progress in her fighting techniques flying away luz used her glyphs to throw off the guards and catch them by surprise

"Edaa what about luz?" The older woman didn't look back "I trust her" soon they escaped the scene

Luz soon got away shortly which was a relief and made her suspicious she felt as if something was off but in case she took the long way back to the owl house making short cuts and different turns on the way she wasn't sure if she was being followed

Crunch she stopped walking and looked around 'maybe it was just an animal' she continued then heard another sound click click shh 'okay that doesn't sound like an animal' she was now running but didn't go to the owl house she kept hearing the noises being convinced someone was following her watching her, knowing well she was being chased her heart was racing she waited for whatever attack they would throw her way she continues running through the dark forest as fast as her legs could carry her out of nowhere she was attacked then she pulled out her glyphs and fought back she didn't have a choice but she needed to defend herself in anyway possible its all she could do

-------------Time skip--------------

Amity was walking through the woods just to keep a distance from her siblings since they were annoying her like usually a few minutes of walking she could hear a cry for help which was odd since no one goes through this part of the woods she tried to ignore it till the shouting sounded a lot like luz she ran toward the sounds. Seeing luz fighting with a large group of people she had knocked most of them unconscious amity had jumped in the fight and helped luz during the fight someone casted a spell slamming amity into the ground the latina froze in shock she ran to her girlfriend and tries to get her up "Amity!" The lavender haired girl gagged having a struggle to breath and soon luz used her glyph to help she noticed how injured she was
The blood.. She lost it and head on attacked the enemy's who dared hurt amity over pushing her limits suddenly she was tossed aside seeing amity blocking their attacks from hitting luz. Now panicking seeing her like this and cried out "Don't risk your life for me!." "I'm sorry luz but I promised myself to protect you no matter what" soon the unknown figure ran off into the shadows leaving amity to fall to her knees catching her breath luz pushed through the burning pain forcing herself to get up and tend to her injured girlfriend now sobbing "amity you'll be okay I'll get you out of here..!" She picked up amity running all the way back home as fast she can not wasting a second I'm sorry I'm sorry I was weak please let me fix this please please please..!
Before she knew it she was on the door step to the owl house "let me in hooty!" The house demon soon opens the door with a worried expression on his face as the latina gently placed the lavender haired girl down on the couch and ran to get eda king was watching the scene and freaked out eda soon called the healing coven as they are waiting Luz cleaned the blood off amity making sure she doesn't bleed out still crying worried sick about her amity turned to luz put her hand on the side of luz's cheek "please don't cry lu ill be fine I promise you" "amity..your hurt and its my fault you got caught up in the fight..!" Amity didn't like it when luz blamed herself especially for things that were out of her control she knew luz felt like a burden to her loved ones

Luz and amity were both in luz's room after being healed from the previous events amity held luz close whispering comforting words in her ear to calm her down but all luz cared about was Amity's safety she hugged amity a bit tight resting her head on Amity's chest to hear her heart beat her favorite sound knowing amity is alive and well soon falling asleep in the comfort of Amity's arms 'sleep well my love..'

Amity frowns 'that person however will regret hurting her and I'll make sure of it..' She looks at luz 'what do they want with you..?' she fell asleep soon after being sure of her surroundings

The sun rose and amity was out of bed already, helping eda make breakfast king and hooty now fed amity brought luz her breakfast to her opening the door seeing luz already awake and waiting for her amity gave her breakfast and making sure luz ate at least some of it after the latina turned to amity and hugged her "morning" "hmmmm..." She chuckles and kissed her on the forehead
"I want cuddles..." "What's the magic word?" "..please" amity chuckles and holds luz close as they start to cuddle each other luz was now the one being very affectionate and clingy which amity thought was really cute

Today was a lazy day while having to rest for the injuries and scars to heal but at least nothing bad happened for that day which was a well deserved break for the two girls,
But it still doesn't mean amity forgot about that figure she still needed a score to settle she was still furious luz was scared for amity she cried really hard she was blaming herself for it that will not slide at all for making her sunshine unhappy 'Luz deserves the world she is my luz'

Amity left the owl house right after reassuring luz that she would be fine the latina didn't let her off that easy and was still scared for her safety the witch wondered in the woods looking fof any clues that the figure could have left behind and use it 'I will give them an ass kicking of a life time I will make them regret being born I will destroy them'  I am coming for you count your fucking days I will not show any mercy.
