Brunch

My eyes flickered open, and shut them tight as soon as the sun hit my face

I groaned, and opended my eyes, Eric was asleep, and i was-

"why am i on his lap?" i whispered to myself, my head was laying on his lap, my legs curled up in a black blanket covered with music notes

I sat up, blinked acouple times, and turned to eric

Slowly, his eyes opened, and looked at me

"Morning bow" he mummbled

"Good Morning Bug" i said, and hoped off his bed

Ever since we were little, Eric called me Bow, and ive called him bug, its our thing

He calls me Bow because i have about a million bows that i always wear in my hair

I call him bug because he has a hate-love realationships with bugs, he dosent like certan bugs, but some are fine

"what are you in the mood for? Eggs? Bacon? French Toast?" Eric asked, standing up

"ill pass" i replied, loooking at my watch, 10:03

"what why?" he asked

"Because, Im going to Brunch in an hour" i said

"not even a drink?"

"do you ave lemonade?" I questioned

"Maylie makes the best lemonade, ill get her to make you some" Eric siad, getting some clothes and walking downstairs

I got some clothes from my bag and walked into the bathroom, closing the door behind me

I changed into

I brushed my hair, and let it fall down my shoulders

I took my Mini White bookbag and walked downstairs

Eric was sitting at the island, drinking coffee

He looked up from his book "did you make that?"

"i did yes" i did a little spin, and walked up to him, he handed me a glass of lemonade, and i took a sip

"mhm, your right, Maylie does make the best Lemonade" i said, taking another sip

Eric nodded

"Eric! Can you tie this into a bow!" a little girls voice yelled frrom the stairs

I turned around, a girl with black hair, blue eyes, and looked about 12

"hey Ashley" i said, waving at Erics sister

"Hey Scarlett" Ashley replied

"why dont you just get Scarlett to tie it" Eric said, and took another sip of his Coffee

"can you?" she asked, She was wearing a yellow summer dress, and holding a white ribbon

"yeah turn around" she handed me the ribbon and turned around

I put it around her waist, and tied a bow at the back "is that good?"

"yeah, thank you" She said, and walked upstairs

I finished my lemonade, Eric and i put on our shoes, and got in the car

He started driving, and after about twenty minutes, we arrived at the club

"want me to pick you up?" he asked

"no, ill probably see My grandpa and rory there, he'll drive me home" i said, getting out

"Ill see you later" Eric said, and waved

"bye" he pulled out of the parking lot and drove away

I turned toward the club, and walked in

I got directions to the cafe, and i walked in

I sat at a two-seat table, and placed my bag down beside my chair

I fiddled with my fingers for acouple minutes, till i heard someone say my name

"Miss.Gilmore?" i looked up to see a Woman, She had long dirty blonde hair and light green eyes, and she talked in a sharp british accent

"Hi yes, Rose right?'' i asked

"thats me, may i sit?"

"of course" I replied. and she sat down oppisite of me

"i must say, Miss.Gilmore, that is a very nice suit" she said

"thank you, i made it myself, and call me scarlett" i said, and smiled

we got our brunch, Crossonts and fruit

"Lily called me, she said you were a very, very good designer, and i agree" Rose said, sipping her tea

"thank you" i replied, smilling

We talked for a bit, and finished what was on our plates

"now, i have to go meet the wedding planner, but this is for you" she said, reaching into her purse, and pulling out a book, you could see little peices of fabric sticking out

"this is just some designs and ideas, theres everything you need to know from the bridesmade dresses to the flower arrangements" She said

"thank you" i said, and placed the book in my bag

"now, i'll call you sometime this week, see you darling" Rose replied, getting up, she waved goobye, and walked away
