"Jacob Martin Seresin!" Abigail yelled
"Jacob?" Rooster questioned
"Martin?" Phoenix followed up
"Natasha Vasquez Trace!" Abigail yelled
"What did you both do?" Rooster asked
"Michael Samuel Garcia!"
The group went silent as they waited patiently for any more yelling
"Are we safe?" Jake whispered
"Robert Daniel Floyd!"
Finally Abigail appeared in the archway to the living room holding letters in her hands
"Oh those" Jake said
"Yeah these" she said
"What are those?" Rooster asked
"Invitations, to an honour ceremony and banquet held in the honours of Natasha Trace, Bob Floyd, Mickey Garcia and Jake Seresin" she read
"Listen, we can explain" Bob said quickly
"Start" Payback told them
"We got the letters, called Maverick, he confirmed we were actually doing this, he said you guys were getting letter inviting you, we wanted to wait till then" Bob explained
"Okay, who's idea was the hiding place?" Abigail asked
"Phoenix" Jake and Fanboy said at the same time
"The cutlery draw really?" Abigail asked
"It was under the little plastic divider thing! I assumed no one would see it" Phoenix defended
"I moved a couple knives next to it and found them" She sighed
"At least hide them in the bedroom or something"
"You'd probably still find that" Phoenix muttered and Abigail threw a pillow at her
Bob made a face at her, a face Abigail knew well
The 'we should tell him' face
Abigail answered with the same face she always did 'Not yet'
"Hey guys, I'm getting really tried, I don't wanna kick you out but-" Bob started
"Say no more Bobby" Fanboy said standing up
"I'll help you clean up" Abigail said sweetly
"We need to tell him, it'll get harder the longer we wait" Bob said as the door closed
"Sweetheart-" Abigail sighed, I will tell him, I promise, in fact I'll tell him at this banquet, he'll be happy and celebrating and people will be around so he can't freak" she told him
"I promise I was going to tell you about the ceremony, I promise" Bob said hugging her "I honestly thought you were going to try and back out of it"
"Oh I will be" he laughed "But I'll go at the end of the day, celebrate Phoenix and Jake and Fanboy" he said
"And you" Abigail said her arms wrapping around his neck moving closer to him
Bob wrapped his arms around her waist slowly starting to sway them side to side
"What are you doing?" Abigail asked
"Practicing my dancing, if I'm going to finally be able to dance with you, I don't want to be tripping over my own feet do I?" He answered spinning her into his chest dipping her
"I love you" she said quietly
"I love you too"
