Aditya's pov
The royal dancers and musicians started entertaining the guests , Rajasthani folk dancers and musicians started dancing and singing , I was chatting with some of my business partners , everything was going fine that's when I heard a loud thud , the crowd gathered and I turned around , everyone gasped and I made my way towards the crowd , I passed the crowd , just as I reached near the stairs my eyes widened , my heart started throbbing in my chest loudly
" Dadisa !!!! " I screamed as I held her in my arms , she was laying down on the floor unconscious , I made her head lay on my lap , the attendees came and handed me a glass of water , I sprinkled it on her face but she remained unfazed , i felt pain in my heart , I felt as if someone has stabbed it
I called out to her as my throat started to get dry
" Everyone , please leave , the party's over now " I stated after taking a deep breath , I felt some hands on my shoulders and everyone left , the Bodyguards started emptying the palace , my blood started boiling in my veins and I asked the attendees in a raged voice
" Did She eat something she shouldn't
have " I asked each one of them , their heads hanging low , my eyes red because of the anger , the veins popped out of my hands and my forehead , my face started getting red by the rage and wrath that were increasing in me by each passing second
" W-We don't know , Prince , the chefs made the special meal for Ranisa , we don't know if she had eaten something other than her meal " He said as his voice low and stumbled
" I'll not Spare anyone if anything happens to her " I stated as my eyes held no emotions for the staff who were working in the palace , I glared at them for a while and again shifted my focus to her , I caressed her cheeks as I called out Mr Choudhary
" Mr Choudhary , call in the Hospital " I said and he dialed the number in no time
" Dadisa ? " I asked as I gently shook her shoulder, but she remained unresponsive. Panic started to set in as I realized something was seriously wrong
" Take my Car out " I roared and some Bodyguards went outside while some stayed with me , Mr Choudhary called in the hospital
" Hello ? " He said on the line as he walked towards the main gate
I picked her up in my arms and took her to her bedroom , I placed her on the bed and sprinkled some more water on her face , still no response
" Sir " Mr Choudhary said as he hurriedly entered the chamber
" We have to take her to the hospital " he said and I nodded
Without wasting even a second , I took her in my arms and exited the palace , Mr Choudhary and the Bodyguards started following me , the driver opened the car door and I entered the car , while Mr Choudhary and the Bodyguards followed me from another car , I placed her head carefully on my lap as I sat on the backseat
" Driver , Faster " I asked him as he nodded
" Ji , hukum " He said and started the engine , he drove speedily and within 20 minutes , we reached the hospital , on the whole journey , I prayed for her to be okay
my mind was a whirlwind of worry and fear , my heartbeats couldn't calm down and the fearful thoughts started filling my head
" Devi Maa , I can't afford to lose my dadisa , please save her " I whispered to myself as I patted her head softly
We reached the hospital , I opened the gate in hurry and the Bodyguards helped me carrying her outside the car , the ward boys came and placed her carefully on the gurney , we took her inside the hospital , the doctors came and I said
" Doctor , Please Check on her " I said with pleading eyes
" Prince Aditya , Why did you bother to come here , we could've come to the
palace " He said
" Her life is so important to me and if you would've come late then I don't know what I would've done to the hospital and your job " I said truthfully and they gulped
" Ji , Take Ranisa to the Operation Theatre " He said while looking at the ward boys and they all went in the operation theatre , I kept looking at her direction till she vanished from my sight , the press Started coming in the hospital
" Mr Choudhary , please take care of that " I said as I was in no mood to deal with the press , I went towards the idol of devi Maa
Mr Choudhary's pov
Badi Ranisa was laying unconscious on the hospital bed as the doctors started examining the condition , the surroundings were tensed , never in my whole life , I saw Prince Aditya this much worried , for the first time I saw him pleading to anyone , I felt bad for what happened and kept praying that our Badi Ranisa get well soon , perfectly fine and healthy like before , Prince Aditya Rathore , who never bowed his head low , today he was pleading for his grandmother to be perfectly fine , I felt bad seeing him in that condition , he went towards the idol of devi Maa , and I saw him sitting on his knees and praying , while closing his eyes , his eyes closed and dried tears inked his face , I went towards him and I placed my right hand on his shoulder , he opened his eyes and looked at me
" Prince , Everything will be fine " I said in the hope to give him some comfort , he stood up and embraced me tightly , I felt his uneasiness through the hug , his grip tightened on my shoulders and I patted his back
" Son , everything will be fine , Badi Ranisa will be fine like before " I said as I patted his back lightly
" I can't lose her , Mr Choudhary " He said and broke the hug
I looked at him as the sense of worry filled my heart , for the first time I saw him crying and it shook me to the core
He took a deep breath and nodded, he went towards the window to check upon Badi Ranisa
Aditya's pov
I went towards the window to see dadisa , suddenly the doctors came outside and said
" P-Prince " He paused
" Speak " I said as my eyes were dark , but in my heart , the fear started increasing
" Prince , her body is not responding " he stated and I held his coat tightly in my fist
" What do you mean her body is not responding , it is your duty , just do it , Understand ? " I said as rage started building in me , Mr Choudhary came and made me lose my grip on his collar
" Prince , we are trying " He said with a fearful voice
" Don't try , make it successful " I said authoritatively
" Prince , you please rest , I'll talk to them " Mr Choudhary said and I looked at him , I nodded and went away from there
I called my manager
" Connect me to the best doctors of India , I want their team to come to Udaipur as soon as possible " I said
" Yes Sir " He replied and called me back after 1 minute
" I want your Best Team of Cardiologists to reach Udaipur in the next 4 hours , I'm booking the flights , make sure all of them are total professionals " I said straightforwardly
