Suhani's pov
Everyone had their dinner , and I already gave medicines to Dadisa , she was now sitting with us , As we gathered around the bonfire, Dadisa reminisced about her old memories of spending time in the garden with her family . She shared stories of how they used to play games , sing songs , and enjoy the peaceful surroundings . Her eyes sparkled with nostalgia as she spoke , and we all listened intently.
Ahana and Krish looked at each other with excitement and said , " Ranisa , can we climb that tree tomorrow ? "
" Of course ! Infact you can climb it right now " Dadisa's eyes twinkled as she replied
" We can ? " Ahana's voice echoed with excitement making me chuckle at her
" Yes , dear , you can " Dadisa replied and patted my head as I was sitting beside her , I smiled at her
Meanwhile , Krish suggested we play some games to make the most of our time in the garden . We agreed , and he brought out a deck of cards and a board game
As we played , we all started reminiscing about old times and shared stories from our childhood but I didn't share much as I didn't want to memorize my dark past , only shared some beautiful moments I spent with my parents . Ahana won most of the card games , much to our amusement, and Krish's competitive spirit came out as he tried to beat her in every game
Tara was fascinated by the games and eagerly joined in , Mr Rathore who kept on declining , joined too , learning the rules as they went along . Tara even managed to win a few rounds of snake and ladders , much to our surprise . There was also a time when there was a tie between Mr Rathore and I . We all enjoyed and Dadisa just kept on smiling wholeheartedly seeing us enjoying the time with each other .
As the night grew darker, we gathered around the bonfire that Krish and Ahana had built . We roasted some ground nuts , enjoying the warmth of the fire and the company of each other.
Dadisa watched us from her chair, smiling contentedly as she saw us all having fun together. It was a perfect end to a perfect day, filled with laughter, love, and memories that would last a lifetime . And to my surprise , I saw Mr Rathore smiling with his whole heart , devouring the happy moment perfectly . His smile was perfect . And the way his eyes smiled before his lips did something to my heart .
" Chalo , bacchon , hum to sone jaa rahe hain , par aap sab bhi jaldi so Jaana ,
hmm " ( okay , dear , I'm going to get some sleep but promise me you all will sleep early ? ) She said as she smiled at all of us
" Dadisa , Chaliye mein aapko le chalti
hu " ( Dadisa let me accompany you )
" Dadisa , hum aapko le chalte
hain " ( Dadisa , let me accompany you )
And that's it , here we go again !! Mr Rathore and I said at the same time , everyone looked at both of us , Ahana and krish chuckled and Princess Tara's face showed confusion
And then Our eyes met , we both were staring at each other , I glared at him and he did the same...Dadisa noticed us and shook her head in disbelief
" Mr Rathore , aap rukiye , mein leke chali jaaungi Dadisa ko " ( Mr Rathore don't worry I'll take her ) I said
" Koi baat nahi , Dr Suhani , hum leke chale jaayenge Dadisa ko " ( don't worry Dr Suhani , I can take her ) He replied
