"Lunch"

"Can I call you on your phone instead?" He suddenly asked, as I looked up at him, damn he's smooth, he smiled. As I chuckled. Oh what the heck.
What's there to lose right? I said, before I typed in my number on his phone.
I wanted to see this cutie more, I mean aera. Not him. Anyways.
What's the worse that could happen?

"So basically it's a date" one of my closest friends, Gia- also my assistant nurse said.
I sighed, "FOR THE 7TH TIME ITS NOT A DATE - ITS JUST A GOOD MEETING" I said, signing another document. As she laughed.
"It's a date. He asked you out and you gave it to him" wondering what this is about? Jungkook asked me out for lunch, I was getting off a little early and he wanted me to have lunch with him that's all.
A friend accompanying a friend and plus, Aeras there, that's not a date right?.
The door opened revealing, Sung-wan. "Hey um Mr Jeon is here for you?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. I heard sung-wan had a crush on me. And these days he's been proving it.
I nodded, "yes he's taking me out."
"On a date!" Gia said, making me glare at her. "I thought you didn't want to date, atleast that's what you said when I asked you out" he said, crossing his arms.
"Um, first it um isn't a date. It's just a meeting and-" he cut me off
"I thought you didn't want to." He said, in an arrogant tone, as my gaze moved from him to Gia.
"Yah I'm kidd-"
"Everything okay?" Jungkook came, cutting Gia off.
I stared at him, as he towered over Sung-wan. Shit he's tall. Holding my hand gently as I looked at him, glaring at Sung-wan, he walked me out, letting go of my hand.
"Who's that?" He asked, "Sung-wan, he's a colleague he's um weird" I said, as he smiled. "Rejected him huh?" He asked, almost as if he read through me, I smiled. "Um yeah how did you g-"
"The eyes Doc they never lie" he said, looking directly into mine, my cheeks heated up as I looked away. He opened the car door, as I met with Aera.
I took a seat, as he broke the silence.
"Um sorry I bought Aera along" he said, as I laughed "it's alright, I love to carry her." I said, picking aera up in my arms. "She's beautiful as always" he smiled.
"So um where to?" He asked, as I stared at him.
"Surprise me." I said, making him smile.

Pulling up to a restaurant, it looked quite expensive. My mind went first to my clothes, tapping Jungkook slightly, while getting out of the car, aera in my arms.
"Um- this looks uh fancy, I'm in my doctor clothes- covered in blood and what not" i said slightly embarassed.
He smiled. "Just keep your eyes on me. And i you" he said, taking my hand in his, we entered, as all eyes went on tus.
Since he was a known boxer, whispers started immediately, holding onto aera tightly, i quietly walked behind Jungkook.
As we approached the reception table, "table for Jeon." He said. In a deep voice.
As the girl led us to our table. Looking around, i smiled, making aera sit on my lap.
"So um..what would you like to eat?" He said, as I smiled "anything i don't mind" he nodded, and when he started ordering, is when i noticed how he was dressed.
A black tuxedo, neatly geled hair, his watch on his wrist, he was prepared. Or was he back from work? Looking at Aera, i realised how she was also dressed we'll.
Was Gia right? Does he think this is a date.
I felt embarassed for how I was dressed, and the stares i was getting. I'm just embarassing him. I need to leave, just as I though that, the food arrived.
Jungkook smiled, as we started eating. I guess he noticed my behaviour as he asked. "Is something wrong?" I looked up at him.
"I'm sorry I- my friend put this thing q this lunch was a date and, the place the way your dressed i-"
He bursted out laughing. "Oh my no no doc no never. When it's a date I'll let you know" he said, making me raise my head. "What-"
"What? Oh look the bill is here" he said, changing the topic almost instantly, I smiled. It's been a while since I've been like this.
It feels good.
