"what was that!?" I shot him the question as soon as I closed the door to our room in his parent's house behind me
"what was what?" he questions me instead. sitting on the edge on the bed, he works on taking his socks out. "don't try to act innocent.. what did you say in front of eomma?"
"you were there.. and seeing your reaction that time, I think you heard what I said there what I said there" he shrugs as if that's not a big deal
"Jungkook, do you understand what you're saying right now?" I ask him to be sure that he was
"yeah, I do.." he turns to look at me "you were in your senses while talking to eomma?" I ask and he nods "yes, I was-"
"THEN WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU AGREE TO GO ON A FREAKING HONEYMOON!?" I cut him off
his expression said that he was shocked but he soon replaced it "c'mon y/n.. every couple goes on one-" he cuts himself off in mid sentence "but we aren't real-"
"does eomma know that?" he's the one to cut me off now, the tone he used was a serious one
"if we say that don't want to go on one then there's a high chance for mom to suspect things. because after a month or two, we'll be getting.. divorced"
that for some reason, hit me hard
he was right
"fine.." I mumble under my breath and look away, my hands rubs my upper arm
I look at Jungkook from my eyes' corner when a chuckle comes from his side. I watch as he gets up and walks to me
"so.." he digs his hand inside his pockets
"so?" I face him
"what do you think about Japan?" he smiles at me

"welcome to Japan's most luxurious hotel, Mr and Mrs. Jeon" a women approaches us and bows at us in respect
"let me bring you both to your penthouse" the smiles and starts her walk
Jungkook was about to follow her until I pulled him back by his arm "what?"
"you rented a penthouse?" I asked in disbelief
"yeah?" he answers to my question
"I told you a normal room could do.."
"you told not to to rent a whole villa for this and I agreed. you never said no to a penthouse" he explains to me as I just stare at him in disbelief
"now, come on" he wraps his arm around my waist "we need to rest" he then resumes his walk back again but now with me in his arm

"let me know you guys need anything" the woman from before smiles at us before exiting the place
"isn't it beautiful?" Jungkook asks me
"yeah, it is" I agree with him
"it's already very late now. let's get freshed up and sleep?" I turn to see him already looking at my direction "y-yeah.."
he then disappears to one of the washrooms here as I also go inside the master bedroom to take my clothes and shower
