Natalia POV
"Ok, ok, ok Anna I think I can walk on my own." I said as I came to a hult making her do the same but before I could say anything else she pulled me into a hug, a tight one in fact.
"Oh my god I missed you." She said lightly as I hugged her back it made me smile as I had missed her just as much.
But then she pulled out of the embrace and smiled at me before speaking again.
"It's good to have you back, you know." She said as we walked through the piles of students trying to get to class.
"It's good to be back, somewhat at least." I replied triply as she looked at me for a split second before nodding.
"So when did you get back?" She asked.
"A couple of days ago." I replied as her head snapped towards me with a shocked expression covering her face.
"A COUPLE of days? What do you mean a 'couple'? You mean to tell me you kept the fact that you were here from me." She said as she grabbed my shirt and began to shake me.
"Ok yeah I did, but come on we were unpacking and stuff I didn't have the time." I said as she stopped shaking me gave me the 'really' look.
"Liar." She said as I sighed.
"Fine, I just didn't want to have a rerun of the gas station." I said which made her laugh.
"Ok that was funny." She said as we continued our walk.
"No it was not." I said as I remembered the incident and shivered.
"So are we going to first period or no?" I asked as she laughed again and shook her head.
"No the principal most likely wants you to tour the school I mean it's been 4 long years Natalia, the place has changed." Anna said as we walked the now empty halls.
"Plus first period goes by fast so if anything I'll be taking you to breakfast." She said with a chuckle as I nodded, but unsurprisingly she started to update me on all the drama until we heard the bell go off.
"Well I guess it's time for you to see the now cafeteria." She said with a chuckle as I looked at her confused.
"The 'now' cafeteria?" I questioned as she turned to me with a grin.
"Oh yeah we got renovations, big time." She said as I nodded. I mean of course the school has renovations as soon as I leave, how fitting.
"Now come on don't wanna be late now do we?" She said as she once again dragged me through the halls.
