[Author]

[Book Status]

[Genre] (I accept all genres)

[Brief Introduction of the book]

[How many chapters]

This is the format I will accept for book applications. 

Secondly, please look at the chapter 1. Thank you.

Now write your book requests!

And noted please, I do require payment to read books. Don't worry, I just need you to follow me. If you have too many follows, ask me in the comments and I may just allow you to vote on my stories and that's all. But ask me for permission first and confirm your payment to me!
