After I read your book, I'm happy to say that I enjoyed being Cam's company. I agree about the cruelty and also as the book title say misalignment. It really made me feel the anger, fear and sadness of Cam. After losing several things that mean to him big in his life, I would have broken down way before he did.
But no one can do anything, can it? Anyway, I would say, continue the good work, I really like how you brought the structure of a poem into a story, and also your vocabulary is excellent! I look forward to more of your works!
