hiccups POV
"hey heather I think its time we go back to berk" I say
" are you sure that they are going to be okay with you an you know your...." i cut her off
" I'll be fine, you already told them, I'll just be really cautious when i go back okay" i say
"fine, but don't turn into a nightfury yet okay" she sighs
"okay see u I'm just going to say goodbye to dad"i say
"bye, please hiccup be careful" she yells after me

astrids POV
hiccup has been gone for two weeks now and everyone has been so worried, none of us even know if he is going to come back.
the gang and I are just sitting in the cove right now having a bonfire, the twins are as per usual fighting over a piece of chicken, snotlout is flexing his mucles, fishlegs is reading and I'm just sitting watching the fire burn.
hiccups POV
right now i am in the cove watching the gang from the shadows with toothless.
"hey guys do you ever think hiccup will come back now that we know that he's the dragon prince"said astrid
and i took that as my cue to reveal myself
just before anyone was about to answer i said from the shadows
"I don't know astrid because i think he's already here" and i slowly walk forward with toothless following closely behind.
the all turn to face me, it was so funny seeing all their shocked faces.
"h..hiccup" said astrid
and i nod
then they all come rushing toward me and all engulf me in a big group hug.
"okay guys ..... cant... breath"i gasp
and they let go
"hiccup you have a lot of explaining to do" says astrid.
"Yeah" they agree
" fine I will start from the beginning" I say
( A/N basically hiccup just explained everything apart from him being a full night fury now and everything i was just too lazy to write it all over again)
"so thats pretty much it" i conclude
they are all just staring at me like i have grown to heads or something.
" ah guys, are you okay there" I say worried
"hiccup, you are the legendary dragon prince" fishlegs squeals
"ummm yeah I'm pretty sure i just said that" i said in a duh tone.
"hiccup please show us what you can do please please please" the twins begged.
obviously wanting him to blow something up
"oh okay anyone want to race me" i announce
because i don't necessarily want to blow anything up i mean what if the whole of berk heard that would be pretty bad.
"hell yes, hiccup you will never beat me i am the fastest person on berk by a mile" astrid announces
well she is on berk but what about versing someone with the speed of a speed stinger.
"alright then 6 laps of the cove I'll even give you a 10 second head start"I offer
"alright then your loss" she states.
"no way you'll beat her hiccup she's so fast" warns fishlegs
"ready set go astrid" shouts fishlegs
"hiccup go" he shouts ten seconds later
I didn't even have to run hard, i ran straight past astrid who was on her second lap.
after i finished my laps she was only on her third and she had to stop and come back to the gang because she was to tried.
" hiccup, you just beat astrid in a running race no one has ever done that, but you beat her by three laps" fishlegs said in complete and utter awe.
"yes fishlegs I know that" i say
"well what else can you do"said snotlout
" basically anything, I am considered the most powerful threat to viking kind ever known. so thats why i am always kidnapped and held captive, but guys I left out something when i was telling you that story of how i was captured and turned into the dragon prince well, when i had to leave from berk with heather my body was going through some changes which meant that my dragon side was taking over my human side so i would be able to shift into my dragon side and my human so I am kinda a hybrid aswell."i confessed
they were all just standing there in complete and utter awe
"ummm hiccup exactly what dragon are you?" said snotlout from the corner
"you really want to know" I asked
they all nodded
then i shifted.............
