Poem by Anna Upeniece
When I saw you there
I was a little girl
I remember how we played
We were seven years oldWe are almost twenty now
Our lives have changed a lot
You are not a little boy
I am not a little girlWhen people look at you
They see a handsome man
But I know that you are my
Old and little friendWhen we live so far
I'll always be with you
When you sleep I'll save your dreams
I promise I'm with youAs a sister loves her brother
As a friend loves a friend
And I will always love you
With love from your old friend
