Hey! New update is here! I know I've been  kinda slow with the updates during the summer, and you will probably have to deal with the similar situation during September as it's going to be extremely busy at work (I'm already stressing about it and it's just the middle of August -_-). I will try to write as much as possible since I will have time for the rest of this month, but I can't promise anything. I swear I will try my best to write some chapters in advance though!

You probably didn't want to hear that, but I can't really help it. With the start of new semester, there are going to be hundreds of university students moving in the dormitory, plus, there are going to be some extra hotel quests at the beginning of September, which will take a lot of time as well.

I'm really glad you all have been patient with me, and I hope you will endure it during the next month. I'm really grateful for readers like you! Thank you so much!

Enjoy the chapter!

Corey was staring right in front of him, just barely keeping his mouth shut, dumbfounded. Blinking several times to make sure his vision wasn't playing tricks on him, his eyes widened, wildly roving over the huge mansion standing behind a high fence that resembled tangled dog roses without leaves and flowers, all white with purplish streaks here and there, the thorns colored blue. There was no gate or anything even remotely similar to it, making Corey wonder how they were going to get behind the fence. He couldn't see what was directly behind it, as it was too high, but the building he saw in the distance was enormous. It looked big from the spot he was standing at; he couldn't even imagine how big it would be after they got closer. The only thing he could tell for sure about it from this distance was its color, lightest of blue with darker parts, which were probably windows.

"Is that your house?" he asked, turning his eyes towards Azka'rah, amazement still written all over his face.

Qen'eixe and the black haired man exited the Rehaz in the meanwhile, so all of the aliens were standing in front of Corey, looking at him with amused expressions.

"Yes, Corey. This is the place where you are going to stay. I was acquainted with the fact you are not used to such a big buildings, but do not worry. You will adapt rather fast, as the interior does not look so big. You will be living in the left wing together with me; it is the smallest part of the building. It has only one floor, so I dare to say you should be comfortable enough. But I will show you everything tomorrow. The only thing you will see today is the dining room and the hallways leading to your room. You have a specially made bathroom in your room, so you will not have to wander around the house to find your way to it." Saying that, he touched Rey's back, leading him towards the center of the fence.

"Zayrah," he said, his dad slowly approaching them from behind, pulling a small device out of his coat. He directed it towards the fence and pushed a small button, the branches in front of them suddenly retreating, making a perfect opening for all of them to come through.

Corey was left speechless, yet again, and although he wanted to ask so many questions, he just couldn't. He was too shocked for that, his brain in overload.

"Shall we go?" asked Azka, pushing Rey's back gently, making him walk, though he wasn't even aware of it. He felt as if his legs were on automatic pilot.

The sight that unfolded in front of him was astonishing. The path they walked on was made of some kind of black stone with white and gray cracks here and there, the path being surrounded by small plants, not higher than 25 inches, with white stem and leaves, and a flower-bud big as a small watermelon, colored in several shades of blue. It reminded him a little bit of a dandelion when it turned into the white fuzzy-ball people liked to blow away.
