This one is well known, but I'm still going to use it.
The Pokemon Munna was first introduced in Pokemon Black and White. But it was referenced in the the original Blue and Red, when a young girl says "There should be a pink {Pokemon} one with floral patterns!" As we all know, Munna is a pink...uh...thing with floral patterns.
It is also referenced in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. When you visit the Devon Co. a scientist says he wants to visually display the dreams of Pokemon. Funnel in Black and White also wants to achieve this goal.
