Car Ride

I got my sense of touch back before my eyesight

I was in the front seat of a car and I was strapped in a seat belt I looked down without moving my head and tried to ease my hand down and unbuckle myself only for the seat belt to not unbuckle

The man beside me had a mask over his face as if he were about to commit murder which only made me want to shart my pants

For fudge sakes where is my good luck in this friggin life

I continued to struggle with the seat belt and then "save your energy Scar it won't come undone"

I instantly noticed the voice and froze
"You mother fucker I know good and gosh damn well you didn't"

He chuckled at me and took his mask off but not before turning his head to put on his shades "awww you're no fun I thought you'd take a little longer to notice Scar and by the way did you know you sleep really funny the way you cuddle into everything around you, you literally tried cuddling the door"

"Why the hell am I in you car" I yelled

"Question is why were you not in my car sooner, I mean we did have a deal when I got you out of the hospital Scarlett or do you not remember" he tilted his head at me

I thought back to what happened at the hospital and gasped "You mother..."

"Ah ah ah language Scar" he interrupted

"Oculus you better let me out of this broke down car right this instant why the fuck did you even put me in a rusty ass seat belt" I ranted I hated cursing but I was beyond pissed

"First off my car isn't broke down and neither is the seat belt hon everything works perfectly fine why don't you..see for yourself" I saw him look at me from the cross of his eye

If this unbuckles I'm going to jump out of this crap so fast

"But before you unbuckle it" he turned to me and looked at me through his sunglasses all while still driving "please don't jump out of the car I really don't want to visit the hospital again"

"O-Oculus look at the road" my eyes grew as wide as saucers when I noticed he had completely turned all his attention to me with no signs of looking away

"You scared Scarlett" he smirked

Scared!! I'm beyond that what the hell...ohhh but that smirk is just gorgeous

"I am friggin terrified pay attention to the road Oculus" I shrieked

Oculus smirked and then pushed the gas even more without looking at the road and I lost it I cried and pleaded for him to stop I was not ready to die especially not like this

Oculus dropped his smirk and turned towards the road as soon as a red light appeared

Silence consumed the car like a huge black hole

"Sorry um S.."

"Just take me to the cafe to meet my.." I had a long pause before I finished with "To meet some people I know"

Oculus nodded and no later then 10 minutes we were at the cafe as I was about to hop out of the car I felt a grip on my arm

"Scarlett I umm.. I'm sorry ok my plan wasn't to scare you I only wanted to drive around and get to know you better" Oculus released a breath after releasing me

I looked at him a huffed "Oculus I-" I shook my head and just began to walk in the cafe where my angry looking parents were waiting
