Mom is back

After Oculus showed me what I'd done and I came back to reality I started to feel a bit dizzy resulting in my head swaying from side to side from my sudden light headedness

"Scarlett what's wrong" Oculus held my shoulders in order to steady me

"I- I don't know I'm - I'm dizzy and light headed I think I need some air" I tried standing up to no avail i ended up plopping back down on the bed and then it hit me harder than a stack of bricks

I screamed out as a hot searing pain landed straight to my abdomen resulting in tears streaming down my face

"What's happening Scarlett" Oculus yelled in panic

"I-AHHHH help meeee" I cried out

Oculus went to touch me when a stern yet melodic voice sounded "don't touch her" and then a bright blinding light filled the room

I squeezed my tear filled eyes shut until the light dimmed a bit but not completely a certain light still lingered in the room

slowly peeling my eyes open they immediately widened at the sight before me

I also noticed that the pain in my abdomen had subsided to a simple dull ache I looked over quickly at Oculus and noticed him frozen in place staring between me and the glowing figure in front of me with a clenched jaw

"Hello my child"

I turned my head from left to right before pointing at myself then to Oculus in a somewhat questioning manner

"I'm talking to you my Scarlett " the figures glow was now dimming down and taking the form of a woman

Brown long locks cascaded down her back, her skin looked almost like it was sun-kissed it was the perfect shade she looked to still be glowing a bit in my eyes, and what caught me the most was her eyes they were all golden with hints of blue specks in them

"What- Who are you" I stumbled over my words I looked down and noticed the figure had her hand on my abdomen where the pain once was and there was what looked to be fire coming from her hands

The mysterious lady giggled "I am your mother Scarlett and I am an angel," her face then turned a bit sad "when the pain from your transition is over I shall tell you everything for now I must leave, you shouldn't be in too much pain anymore I dulled the ache" she smiled a bit at me and then with a flash of light she disappeared

I started to feel the pain in my abdomen intensify when she disappeared but it was still bearable I looked over to Oculus to see red pools already staring at me

"You're the one" he suddenly spoke "that will give me light out of all this darkness" he let out a long breath "so many have died but none were like you I can feel it you're the one"

"Oculus what are you going on about I do not have time for these riddles anymore"I scrunched my eyebrows he was really worrying me

That glowing lady just called me her daughter ...can I glow?

He looked up and smiled at me "you're my one" he kissed my forehead and tingles spread throughout my entire being resulting in me shivering in delight "you're going to change the world Scar, the angel will explain it all love in due time but I have to go handle some business" Oculus touched my forehead and I narrowed my eyes into slits

"Don't you dare put me to sleep" I gritted out slapping his hand away

"Scarlett I really need to go" he huffed out

"Well then take me with you I am not going to sleep"

"You can not go where I am going just yet you are not ready now stop arguing with me and lay back" he growled out

"No"
"Yes"

He hurriedly grabbed my head and as much as I tried to squirm he was too strong and I started to feel myself lose consciousness

"Fucker" I mumbled under my breath

You'll pay for this later
