I wore a a grey and white training outfit to train in with Lucifer it was quite comfy and very pretty so I snatched it off the hanger in the closet and threw it on

I stared at Lucifer as he walked in with no shirt and grey sweats that hung lien on his hips exposing his defined v-line to caught up in eye raping Lucifer I didn't notice he was now standing directly in front of me with a smirk plastered across his face until his deep voice cut me off
"You like what you see" I nodded before catching myself and furiously shook my head no
"I wasn't even staring at you I was through you at the wall" I rolled my eyes like I'd just said the smartest thing ever Lucifer chuckled before nodding his head and throwing up the ok sign
"Today we are going to work on the basics which will target strengthening your punches and kicks" I nodded at what he was saying I already knew I couldn't fight to well I didn't even like the thought of fighting but I think it's time for a change when it comes to a lot of my old habits
"Punch me" Lucifer took a step towards me without question I stepped forward and swung my fist full force at his face only for him to catch it mid-air
"You will break your thumb if you hold it inside of your fist when punching" Lucifer grabbed my thumb and placed it against the knuckles of my index and middle finger his touch sending pleasurable goosebumps throughout my entire being
"Now try and hit me with your thumb positioned like th.."Reeling my hand back I collided my fist with his face before he could finish his sentence
Lucifer didn't even flinch as my fist kissed his precious face he simply told me to punch him again with the other hand
After A while my arms began to tire from punching too much and I was about to take a break and sit on the floor but Lucifer had other plans
"Keep going I didn't tell you to stop Scarlett" I groaned in protest at his demands
"I'm tired Lucifer I can't go anymoreeee"
"It's been two minutes Scarlett get up now we don't have time for this we have a war to prepare for"
"N.." before the word left my mouth Lucifer yanked me forward and began to walk me towards a place unknown
"I was told to not go easy on you Scar it's the only chance you have at surviving now I'm going to give you one last chance before I punish you, are you going to keep training as I say or do you prefer to be punished until you've learned your lesson and then keep training " I began to kick and flail my arms around demanding he put me down telling him I wanted to rest
On the other side of the gym were a set of ropes I didn't wanna find out what my punishment was with Lucifer so as soon as he set me down I tried making a dash for it only to be caught by him in a matter of seconds
Positioning me in front of the ropes Lucifer put both of my hands above my head and began to tie the ropes around my arms
"Oh no no no, ok ok ok I'll do it I'll do the work out Lucifer please no" I pleaded with him I did not want to be stuck like this for who knows how long
"I warned you Scarlett as much as I hate to do it it must be done and sadly the more you disobey the worse the punishments" he breathe out
"If you leave me here I will never forgive you" I yelled out as he began to walk away he turned to me halfway before shook his head
"If it means you have a better chance at surviving the war and becoming stronger then So be it"and he walked away from me leaving my arms to become sore and aching
