"So Derek, I need to ask you something." I said when we sat down at dinner together.

"What's up Enna?" He asked.

I sighed nervously, but I didn't know why I was nervous.

"Well, obviously I don't have a dad to uh, to walk me down the isle." I started, and I saw the smile growing on his face as he knew where this was going. "And I can't think of anyone else I'd want to do it but you."

"I thought said you needed to ask me a question?" He joked. "Of course I'll walk you don't the isle sis. I'd be honored. And I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to this since we were kids. I always hoped I'd be the one to do it."

He pulled me into a hug, and I couldn't be happier. Knowing that Derek would be the one to walk me down the isle, it just completely filled me with joy.

We enjoyed our dinner together before he went to meet up with Colson to look at tux's, and I was going to meet up with Mariana and Ashleigh to look at wedding dresses.

We had a lot to figure out and pull together for the wedding. I really do have the worlds most amazing best friend. She has stayed in LA at my house to help me out with everything. It seemed insane that there was only two weeks left.

I quickly drove home to pick up Mariana and Ash, and we made our way to the bridal shop.

It was harder than I thought it was going to be to pick a dress that I liked that I felt good in with my stomach.

I probably made them bring out over 50 dresses to try on. I was starting to get discouraged, and I knew I needed to pick one so we could move on to brides maid dresses, but the girls encouraged me to take my time and make sure I get the dress I want.

I was so frustrated I wanted to cry, and I was about to just give up, my hormones getting the best of me, when I spotted the perfect dress. They brought it over for me to try on, and I was in love with it.

I was immediately so relieved

I was immediately so relieved.

"I can't wait for Colson to see you in this, S." Mariana said while hugging me. "You look amazing!"

"He's gonna love it girl. Seriously." Ash smiled.

I twirled around in it, and laughed.

"This is the one." I smiled as I looked at my reflection in the mirror.

We were getting married in our backyard. It seemed like the easiest way to go in such short notice. Plus we really didn't want to get married in a church.

I was trying not to cry while Mariana did my makeup. In just under an hour, I'd be waking down the isle, and Colson would be standing at the alter waiting for me. I was gonna feel weird about seeing my parents sitting in the front row of chairs while Derek walked me down the isle. It was still hard to wrap my head around the fact that they finally decided to pretend to care and try to fix our relationship.
