"Clothes... Clothes" I mumble to myself I push around the hangers in my closet. Frantically I run my fingers through the top of my hair and suddenly it's become very hot. It has never been this hot in my apartment and maybe it actually wasn't that hot, maybe I was sweating in pure nervousness.

I finally pulled dark blue jeans that we were slit open at the knee cap and pair it with a white chiffon top and white heels. I didn't want to over dress myself or wear anything that would be noticeable if I nervously sweat in it.

I quickly changed and threw my hair into a messy bun on my head. It seemed to get hotter by the second as I waited in agony. I opened the balcony doors and let in the cool breeze of a Dallas' night. I could feel my stomach turning as I caught sight of Tyler's car pulling up to the front of the building.

Why was I like this? I had never experienced this before, being this nervous to see a person.

I composed myself, taking a few minutes to breathe in the fresh air as Tyler made his way into the building carrying a bouquet of roses.

Soon there was a knock on the door and I moved from sweating to shaking. Boy this was going to be an interesting night.

With butterflies in my stomach and my head buzzing with possibilities, I opened the door.

I took one look at him and it was enough to make me breathless. He stood there with dark blue jeans and grey sneakers, a grey V neck shirt on top. His hair was all brushed back and secured in place with gel. A small grin across his face as his eyes, filled with lust, looked at me.

"You look great" He finally blurts out "And these are for you" He reveals to me the bouquet of roses, beautiful hues of reds and pinks.

"They're beautiful" I smile at them as I take them from his hand

"Just like you"

"Very slick" I smirk at him as I bring the bouquet over to the kitchen. "Where are we going?" I question as I pick up my purse.

"Somewhere special" Tyler smiles even harder "Now hurry, I wouldn't want to be late"

I can't recall most of the details from the trip to the restaurant but I can tell you that when I was sitting across from Tyler with a bottle of champagne and candles in between us I knew I wanted nothing more than the man in front of me.

Tyler's POV

As she sat across from me, the candle flickered in her green eyes. She was going on about some story but I wasn't listening to her words but rather her voice.

But as I continued to look at her and watch her face light up as she told her story I knew all I ever wanted to know was the touch of her skin. I wanted the warmth of her body next to mine. These to me were the true treasures of the world. She was so beautiful and I was so underserving, every time I look t her I find something more to love. I absolutely loved her. I remembered that night we were both so drunk, so close to going all the way. I could remember her voice, oh god, her voice was heaven.

I wanted her in many forms of the word. I wanted her for the company. I wanted her for the love. I wanted her for the conversations. I wanted her for the laughs. I wanted her for the sex. I wanted her in every way there was to want a person.

I didn't know what love was until now, I mean how can you hang onto something so incomprehensible?
