A whistle blew catching Trinity out of her thoughts making her shield her eyes from the sun as she diverted her gaze to the coach who looked about as pissed as ever.

Her eyes followed his and they landed on Elias who just so happened to be two hours late to practice. Now one thing about the coach, he had a strong dislike for being late to practice unless of an emergency. Especially if you showed up without giving a heads up.

"Two hours late. At this point, you could've stayed home, number five." The Offensive Coordinator spoke walking towards Elias who adjusted his jersey on his body to his liking. Shrugging, he didn't respond and just walked towards the rest of the offense.

Harrison stared him down, tossing a football at him which Elias caught with no problem. "You missed two whole hours."

"I know," Elias answered back quickly tossing Harrison the ball back. Harrison caught it and chuckled, getting into his stance before tossing it back to Eli.

"Any reason?"

"Not really." Harrison sucked his teeth and stared at him knowing he was lying.

"Eli-"

"We doing Four Verticals, right?" Elias cut him off knowing his best friend was about to question him some more and lined up along with Dallas and Torrance to run down the field. Harrison aimed towards Elias allowing him to catch the football for 49 yards.

Trinity just happened to be standing right where he ended up and she grabbed a water bottle from her container holder and held it out. Elias reached for her only making her jerk her hand back and give it to Dallas.

"Yo, what the fuck?" Elias asked her and she shrugged making Dallas smirk.

"You were two hours late, you definitely don't need water already."

"You can't decline me a fucking water," Trinity scoffed and looked behind her wondering who he was talking to because it definitely wasn't her. She dealt with a lot of men talking to her crazy in her lifetime and he was not about to add to it.

"Maybe if you didn't show up with a attitude and talked to her nicely, she would." Torrance defended Trinity while wiping his sweat off his forehead.

"All you tryna do is fuck and dump her so I damn sure don't give a fuck what you got to say," Elias clapped back catching Torrance off guard.

"Fuck you just say to me?" Torrance questioned about to get in Elias face only for Dallas to grab him back. The coach shook his head feeling very much aggravated at whatever was going on with Elias.

"Cains! In my office now!" Coach Ballard yelled while walking into the practice facility building. Elias rolled his eyes and dragged his feet before him already knowing the coach was about to give him an ear full. Trinity's eyes squinted at him before glancing over at Torrance who was walking towards her.

"He always like that?"

"He likes to take shit out on everybody. His ass got issues," Torrance shrugged before looking at her. "My fault for what he said,"

"I'm not bothered." Trinity shrugged and handed him a water bottle, he thanked her. She definitely heard much worse than that.
