Hitai-ate: Taryn wears two hitai-ate. The one from Suna was given to her when she graduated from the Academy. The other one with the Konoha symbol was given to her by the Third Hokage after she was banished from Suna. She never abandoned her Suna hitai-ate, because she still considered that her home. The reason she is still wearing the Konoha symbol is to remind her that she owes a lot to the Hokage’s generosity and that her blood binds her to that village too.
Spies: It was actually Taryn who encouraged Kankuro to eavesdrop. She wanted him to develop his spying skills.
Attitude: Though Taryn can be hostile sometimes, it is not always intentionally. She doesn’t like people much. Even as a child she was always the solitary type. That is why she got along with Itachi Uchiha so well. Even when they were together they never spoke much, but it didn’t bother them. Taryn’s lack of social skills is mostly due to her father’s training, but she can adjust to the situation whenever it is required.
The Council of Suna: The council treats her with respect only because he is the daughter of the Fourth Kazekage, but most don’t take too kindly to her. They know the truth behind her banishment and they also know they won’t be able to manipulate her.
