We must remember those who fell,
Who fought for us, who went through hell,
We must remember, lest we forget,
As we owe an enormous debt
Of gratitude, show that you care,
Don't leave the monuments standing bare,
Get out your poppies, go to the town,
On Remembrance Sunday, don't let them down,
Soldiers who died, who fell for us,
They must be remembered, we must make a fuss,
So stop and think on that great day,
One hundred years have passed away,
For Jack and Harry, for Philip and John,
And the many, many others who are sadly now gone.
