Sometimes it feels like my life will never get better,
So I sit here and wish as my eyes get wetter.
And at the end of the day I always find myself alone,
Losing myself, shedding tears as fear creeps into my bones.
I wish I could just say it all, but no one will understnad
And it just feels like being in a desert standing on moving sand.
Some days I feel like drowning in my own tears,
Or being stuck in a creepy place along with my silent screams.
I wish I could be more visible for the ones I care about,
But it feels like they never notice me, even if I wave and shout.
I wish, and I keep on wishing everyday,
For someone to come up my way.
I wish my life would someday take the right track,
And for someone to want to take me back.
I know just sitting and wishing have never taken someone so far,
But I keep trying my luck whenever I see a shooting star.
