As soon as we walked into the cafeteria, one of the cheerleaders shot me a dirty look but I kinda shrugged it off because she always does it.

"Where..uhhh...do you sit?" I jumped at the sound of Hunters' voice.
I completely forgot he was still with me. "I sit over there." And I point to the table in the farthest corner.

"Alone?" He asks curiously. I didn't answer because I knew that he knew already so I just started walking toward my table.

For some reason, Hunter wanted to get to know me and I wanted him to know more about me,but I couldn't get myself to open up to him because I'm...afraid.

"I didn't mean to sound rude to you this morning." He looked kind of surprised at what I said. "That's fine. I kinda knew that you didn't. I get where you're coming from."

Wait a minute. Is this the part where he only pretends how I really feel or does he really truly understand how I feel? How I'm treated...
