Dex POV:

I couldn't stop thinking about her. She was too perfect, Pyrokinesis and all. Fiery, fierce, passionate, perfect. I needed her. So I picked up my imparter.

"Hey, Marella," I said, smiling at her. She grinned back, the screen seemed to light up.

"Hey, Dex! What's up?" I cleared my throat,

"W-would you like to come over and watch a movie or something? The triplets and mom are at Havenfield, and dad is at Slurps and Burps," I stammered, trying to snuff out the small spark of hope. Instead, she blushed,

"Sure, I'll be there in a minute. I baked some Mallowmelt, should I bring it?"

"That would be awesome! Thanks, I'll see you soon."

"Bye! See you soon!" she said, blowing me a kiss as she clicked away.

Marella's POV:

Quickly, I gathered the Mallowmelt and leaped to Rimeshire. Dex was waiting for, and he flashed his adorable dimples at me.

"Hey," he said grinning,

"Hi," I smiled back. He leads me to the living room, I looked around, amazed by the beauty of his house. It was like an ice palace, then I noticed the colorful flames in the corner. I could tell they were holograms, but they were still beautiful. "Wow, did you make that?" I asked, gesturing to the flames.

"Oh, yeah," his cheeks flushed hilariously red.

"It's beautiful," I said, he offered me a seat on the couch. I leaned into him, and he put his arm around me, it felt like the most natural thing in the world. Snacking on Mallowmelt, we watched a movie about an old man, whose death was suspicious. They investigated, and a bunch of awesome, heart-wrenching plot twists later, the whole story was unveiled.  I was shocked, that was NOT how I thought it would end. "Wow," I said, "That was awesome,"

"Yeah, humans do make good movies," Dex commented. "Thanks for the Mallowmelt,"

"No problem!" I said, it was fun, thanks," I smiled at him. My gaze trained to his lips, and feeling impulsive, I kissed him.

Dex's POV:

When Marella kissed me, fire laced through my veins. I kissed her back, tangling my hand in her hair. She put her arms around my neck, somehow bringing us closer. It was electric, addicting, and beautiful. And so, so right. This was even better than the one in Spin the Bottle, much longer and heated too. It was so long in fact, that I eventually heard triple cries of

"EWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!" I quickly jumped off of her, and she sat up. Our faces were both burning as we realized my mom and the triplets were standing in the doorway. I grabbed Marella's hand while threatening to destroy everything the triplets owned, and we raced to my room. Laughing, we collapsed on my bed.

Marella gasped for air, still giggling,

"Well, I guess we're official now," she said. I grinned,

"I guess we are."
