miley woke up and noah wasn't even in the room. she could hear the shower running though so she just figured it was him.

miley doesn't use the word "hate" she doesn't really "dislike" a lot of people. but if there is one person she can't stand, it's tuppen.
noah knew that. everyone did. she tried to keep it a secret and she was always nice to him despite her strong feelings about him and how much of an asshole he is.
she saw him "tuppen?" she yelled. he turned around "miley" he said with a smile "where's noah" she asked. "oh he's not here" "why are you here" "thought i'd come spend time with my favorite sophomore while her boyfriend isn't here" she looked at him "what" she asked. "oh cmon,don't fight it,you know you want me" "no i really don't" she said back. "yes you do" he smiled.
he sat on the bed and she was backing away from him but he kept coming closer
"tuppen go away" she got off the bed and stood up.
"i'm so much hotter then noah and he's probably cheated on you already,the "relationship" you two have is not going anywhere. it'll be over so soon. but with me,i'll treat you so good"
she looked at him "where is noah tuppen and how did you get in here" "that doesn't matter" he said. "tuppen seriously this isn't funny,could you leave please"
he stood up and cornered her into the wall she tried to push him off but he didn't budge. "tuppen please go away" he didn't. he was breathing down her neck and tried to kiss her "stop please" she cried. he held her. "stop please tuppen,don't do this" she kept trying to push him off and he wouldn't move.
he was kissing down her neck and she was crying and begging for him to go away
all the sudden tuppen was ripped off of miley and punched in the face. he fell on the floor. it was noah.
he was with elle. she immediately ran up to miley to make sure she was okay.
she hugged her.
both of the girls watched as noah beat the living shit out of tuppen.
eventually he stopped and he made tuppen leave.
miley had stopped crying.
noah hugged her and lee got there he was confused as to what happened
elle decided it would be best if her and lee left for a bit so noah could be with miley alone just to be there for her.
"lee why don't we give them a few minutes"
miley was on noah's lap with tears running down her face and he was rubbing her back.
lee nodded his head. him and elle left.
they went and walked on the beach
"what the fuck happened" lee asked elle. "i don't even know,i mean noah left to meet me with you at the beach and we went back to the beach house for a sec and when we walked in tuppen was like touching miley and had her cornered and she was crying for him to get off. and as you can probably assume,noah beat the shit out of him" elle answered.
"wait what? tuppen tried to rape her" "i don't know,if he was gonna rape her,but she was crying for him to get off her and he wouldn't"
lee's eyes widened "oh my god" elle nodded her head.
meanwhile at the beach house:
miley looked at noah he wiped her tears away with his thumb "i'm fine noah. i was just kind of surprised i guess."
"it's okay if you're not fine miley. what he did was not okay miley."
"noah why were you not here and came back and you wee with elle,alone?" she asked him.
she didn't want to believe he was cheating on her. but everyone keeps telling her "noah is a player" "he'll cheat on you"
she kept trying to not believe it but when she has reason to believe it,it's hard to trust him.
and like he left miley,didn't tell her where he was,not that she expected to know where he was at all times but like he was alone with elle.
noah looked at her "what"
"why were you alone with elle" she asked
he didn't say anything
"are you cheating on me noah" she asked with no hesitation
"why would you even say that" he paused "of course i'm not cheating on you" she sighed and could tell her was kind of offended "noah i'm sorry that came out of me where"
he stood up and she walked up to him "have i not proved to you that i wouldn't cheat on you miley. what more can i do?" he said with an attitude.
"noah i'm sorry it's just everyone keeps telling me to watch out and tuppen told me that you've probably already cheated on me"
noah looked at her "what" he said with a sad tone "why would you say that" he asked again.
