It's been two weeks since Zac returned and Graduation is tomorrow.

To be honest I'm scared he'll leave and this time he won't come back.

Was I not a good enough friend for him?

I now know that I have feelings for him and it scares me.

"Hey, you okay?" Sarah nudges me.

"Yeah, I'm good," I nod.

"Okay, Zac is on his way," Jake informs us.

And like Jake said, Zac appeard a few minutes later.

We're all at Edward's place and he's in the kitchen making his special dish of pasta.

Edward always wanted to go to coronary school, but he has to take over his father's bussiness.

Zac takes a seat on the couch on my left and we've barely spoken since he came back.

The cuts on his face had healed and there's almost no sign of what happend that night on his face.

"Did anyone hear from their collage or universities?" Jake asks.

Zac shakes his head no and the rest of us nod.

"I'm in at NYU," Sarah grins.

"I'm in at Harvard," Jake grins.

"I don't know yet, I'm opening them up after graduation," I smile.

We all continue talking about our futures and Zac seems distant, but I ignore it.

"This pasta is the only thing I'm going to miss," Jake moans.

We all abrupt into laughter and Sarah almost falls off of the couch.

"Me too, to be honest," she grins.

"I'll miss the cafe visits," I sigh.

"Me too," Edward pouts.

"We agreed to only get sad tomorrow," Zac sighs.

"Shut up, Mister tough guy," Sarah snaps.

For a short moment him and I make eye contact, but I'm first to place my gaze elsewhere.

I have no idea why we gotten so distance, but it seems we've just parted.

I thought we'd at least be friends untill he moves for college, but it seems like I was wrong.

"Well, I got to head home, tomorrow is going to be a long day," I say and wave them a goodbye.

When I'm at the door a hand is placed on my shoulder.

When I turn around I see Sarah with a sad smile on her face.

"Whats going on?"

"I don't know, we just grew apart much faster than I thought," I reply.

"Was it because he missed the family reunion thing?" She frowns.

I hate keeping secrets, but before Zac left he told me to not tell anyone about him being in that state.

So I kept the secret, even from Sarah

"I don't know," I sigh.

"Maybe you should talk to him, before he leaves," she suggests and I slowly nod.

"I'll try after graduation," I say.

I quickly hug her goodbye and walk out the door.

When I arrive home, I make no move to exit the car.

I rest my head back on the seat and let out a sigh.

What do I tell him?

Do I ask him why he came to my house full of blood and cuts on his face?

I don't want to put unnecessary pressure on him, since I'm not even sure how close we are anymore.

I stare out the window of my car, seeing Annette's car parked a few feet away.

I climb out the car and head inside.

I see Sam and Annette watching a movie on the couch, but my dad is nowhere to be seen.

"Oh, your dad is in his office," Annette says, reading my exact thought.

I make my way to his office, knocking on his door softly.

"Come in," is heard and I open the door.

"Hey," I give a small smile.

He's still wearing his work attire and I frown.

"I thought you took the week off?" I frown.

"I did, I'm taking Annette out tonight," he sheepishly smiles.

He turns his laptop around, revealing pictures of dream dates.

"You haven't even planned it yet?" I frown.

"Well," he trails off.

"Just take her out on a picnic or something," I shrug.

"But where?" He sighs.

"Dirve to the forest, there's bound to be a cool spot," I inform him.

"Well, to the store it is, I guess," he chuckles, standing up.

"Thanks, Kiddo," he ruffles my hair and leaves.

I didn't even get to talk about my problem

Sighing I decide to just try and think about what I'll be saying.
