Luke's P.O.V.
It killed me so much that she wanted me to give Jessica another chance. The only reason I broke up with Jessica was so that I could be more than friends with Mia.

"Just give her another chance." Those words kept echoing inside my head. I acted like I was texting Jessica. "I don't really want to be with her again though." "Why not?" "Well because I think it was time for us to break up anyways." "Okay. Well I can't really tell you what to do in your relationship so okay."

All she could say was okay. Man this was killing me so much inside you don't even know. I wish that I could just shout out "I love you Mia Stanford!" But it just doesn't work like that.

"So what do you want to do?" I asked. "Well it doesn't matter to me. You can pick, if you want." "I know what I want to do." I muttered to herself. "What was that?" She asked in a surprised voice.

"Oh. It was nothing. Really." She gave me a confused look. "Okay then. So it doesn't really matter to me what we do." "Well are you hungry since we didn't get to eat?" "No. I'm good." "Okay. Well I would ask about home work but it is summer break. How about the beach?" "That sounds great!" I said.

"Do you need to run home to get a suit?" She asked me. "Yeah." "Okay I'll take you home to get clothes." She said. She grabbed a bikini. It looked really skimpy. I was going to enjoy going to the beach with this hottie. Her bikini was navy blue with anchors on it. It was really cute and really revealing. Did she know how much it revealed?

I couldn't stop staring. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. I finally landed back on earth by a really hard slap. I didn't even realize she took the time to put on a cover up.

"Are you ready to go? And done staring at me in my bikini?" She asked. "Uh- I- uh- lets just go." That's all I could manage to get out. "Damn. Do I have that affect on people in my bikini?" "Well it is really skimpy and you look really hot in it." Wait! I just said that out loud!

She just died laughing and grabbed another one out of her drawer. "What!? No! Don't change!" "Okay." She tossed the one she grabbed on her bed. We headed off to my house. I gave her perfect directions.

We talked about our personal life. I felt safe around Mia. I felt that I could tell her anything. I was going to take a big leap.

"Mia." I interrupted her story. "Will you go out with me?" I felt a lot better now that that was off of my chest.
