"I don't really know Luke, I mean I don't want to rush into something already right away."

"Yeah. Okay. I'll just wait for you." "And plus, I don't even know you that well. I mean we just met. We should get to know each other first." "Yeah, I think we should too."

Was it mean of me to turn Luke down like that? I mean yeah I do kind of know him, but not that well.

"I should probably get going. Can I get a ride?" "Yeah. Are you hungry or anything?" "No. I'm not really hungry with all this stress."

We go to my house. I see a car in my drive way, there is only one person that could belong too. Anthony.

Anthony is my ex. He was really cute and sweet and kind, then he moved away and due to distance we had to break up.

I really missed him a lot. I get out of Luke's car. I see Anthony get out of the car. He looks really excited.

I run up and jump into his arms. I straddle his stomach. "Anthony!" I yell. I can't believe he actually came back. "Oh my gosh Mia I really missed you!" "I missed you too!"

Wow. Is this really happening?

"Do you want to go inside and talk about everything I've missed?" "Yeah sure. Let me just go thanks Luke for the ride home." "Wait who's Luke?" "I'll explain later." "Okay."

I went to Luke's car and thanked him for a ride and said I'd text him back later.

I went back to Anthony, he squatted down. I knew what he wanted me to do. He always gave me a piggy back ride when we would go into my house.

I jumped on his back. We went inside and sat on my couch. We didn't sit a close distance like we used to. But it was a good enough distance.

"So how was your trip?" "It was really amazing, would've been better with the girl I love, but I mean what could I have done?" "I honestly don't know."

"I missed you a lot Mia, you know that?" "Yeah, I probably missed you more though." "Nope. Not possible." "It is to very possible."

"So, are you here to stay or are you going back?" "Well it depends on if my dad has to relocate again."

"I really don't want him too." "I don't either. I really want to stay here with you."

"I do too. I want you to stay really bad." "Yeah. So did you meet any guys lately?" Anthony asks me.

"Yeah. I Have been dating someone right now, but he just got out of a coma and he got a text from this girl Jessica and that's why I was with Luke, because Jessica and Luke use to date.

"Oh. I see. So are you going to break up with him or no?" "Well I don't really know. It depends on what happens with us." "Okay." He said. That's really all he could say?

"Do you want to come with me to talk to him?" "Sure."

We walk over to Brent's house. I go up on to his porch with Anthony and knock on the door.

When the door opens it isn't Brent, it's Jessica...

"What do you want?" She asked saying you really snooty. "Well I did come here to talk to my boyfriend."

"Brent!" She scream. "What babe?" He asks coming to the door.

"Mia?" He asks. "So you did remember me, didn't you? It was all a lie so you could come and hide with Jessica!"
I turned around and ran back to my house.

I didn't even bother to see if Anthony was behind me. I went to the kitchen to get some ice cream. I wasn't going to cry because that wouldn't show that I'm strong. But sometimes you just need to let it out.

I got to the freezer, there was no ice cream. Could my day get any better?

Anthony bursts through the door. "Mia! Mia where are you!? Are you okay!?" He asked, and screamed through my house.

He finally stopped in the kitchen. "Mia, oh my gosh are you okay?" "Yeah, I'm fine." No. I'm not. "Are you sure? Because most times a girl says that she really isn't." Did he just like read my mind?

"No, I'm really not okay." He ran over to me and gave me a big hug. He picked me up in his arms. "You're going to explain everything that happened with you and that douche. Okay?" "Okay."

We went and sat down on my couch. I explained everything to him about Brent. How we met, how we went through everything. I told Anthony everything.

"Mia, will you be my girlfriend?"
