Chapter : 13 Past revealed and tae's emotions Part-2

PRESENT:-

Jk:- Then what happened hyung? As much as i know, something is related to him being 21 years old? What's that? And what's the relation with court hearing and all?

He asked to jm who was telling him everything that happened in past while tae was curled up in jk embrace with a red face, nose and puffy eyes indicating he cried alot.. tae cursed bad on jm for hiding that "execution" thing.. tae was really angry, upset from jm.. jm tried to calm him down but not in his senses tae pushed him.. but jk was fast enough to hug tae again.. he said alot of sweet words to tae making him calm down.. tae curse, cried alot.. but being tired he unknowingly slept in jk embrace itself mumbling some words.. after he slept, jk tried to make tae lay down on bed to make him comfortable but tae gripped on him tight and jk ended up with tae in his embrace.. and being a curious person jk asked jm about all the things that happened in past and jm finally decided tell him everything

Jm:- Court? Actually um-

Jk:- Hyungie what happened? Tell na, what is the relation of taehyungie hyung with execution?

Jm:- Raven's mom, she complained about tae that he killed her son and soon we were trapped in court things.. we had around 20 court hearings and at the end- (he took a deep breathe) court decided to give tae 23 years prison

Jk:- W-what? But he was just a kid, a seven years old child

Jm:- Yeah, they decided to send him to the children prison and when tae would turn 17.. they would send him to the real prison of adults

Jk:- But hyung he- i mean i didn't understand.. he's here with us.. not behind the bars and what's th- argh this is making me crazy

Jm:- Court took his decision.. judge was about to stamp that but on the exact time, the time i am actually thankful to.. kai hyung came there running.. he was with some cops.. actually its korean law that if a child who is younger than 17 years old can't be punished.. no matter what mistake the child has done.. but tae was just 7 years old so how could judge take that decision.. we got to know that judge belonged to raven's family.. he was raven's uncle that's why he took that decision.. the judge was suspended from judging anymore and cops took his licence as well.. neither he could practice being a lawyer nor he could judge.. the senior cop was given responsibility to decid tae punishment and as we already did around 20 hearings so having another hearing would be a waste of time for court and government.. the senior cop decided that the hearing would be done when tae would be 21 years old.. it should've been 17 years old but as tae suffered alot in the young age, they decided that tae can live his life freely until he is 21.. but we were forbidden to have passports so no chances to leave south korea and that's the reason, we don't go out of the country whenever you request us.. and this is the reason why you don't have passport

Jk:- He must have suffered alot right?

Jm(looked at tae).- Hm

Jk:- And what's that execution thing

Jm.- Forgot that tae is turning 21 this year? Huh?

Jk:- No i remember but why?

Jm:- On his b'day we have a court hearing and there it'll be decided whether tae is innocent or not?

Jk:- Hm, but what's its relation with executing?

Jm:- I went to court to know at what time we'll be having hearing and if we're now allowed to find proofs for tae as we were not allowed to find proofs in these years too... and he told us that we'll be informed by the letter sent by the court.. i wanted to know some more things so i talked with the judge, i asked what punishment he would get if he wouldn't get proved innocent and we g-got to k-n-ow th-that- (he stopped)
