You slowly open your heavy eyes and look around at your unfamiliar surrounding. "She's waking up! Hey sweetie how are you" you mom says quietly with her hand on your cheek. "Mom?" you say quitely confused now knowing where you are. You see a doctor come in "hello y/n I'm doctor shepherd do you know where you are?" You shake your head "y/n you been in a car accident. You're in the hospital" you look up at your mom who is trying not to cry. You try to say something but nothing comes out of your mouth. "Y/n we're going to have to keep you over night for observation and" the doctor keeps talking but everything is muffled. You try remember what happens but you can't all you remember is being at a party and you and Kyle leaving... Kyle... he was on the car too... "kyle" you say quietly interrupting the doctor "excuse me y/n can you repeat that" the doctor asks. you look up at your mom hoping she heard cause you don't have the strength to repeat yourself. "Kyle" you say again. "Your friend is ok. He is recovering down the hall-" before the doctor finishes talking you try to sit up to go see him but the doctor and your mom stop you "y/n you are suffering from a fractured rib, a concussion, and countless bruises you can not leave this bed" the doctor demands you start to cry "y/n don't cry" you mom says trying to comfort you without hurting you more. "I want to see Kyle" "you will soon honey" you mom says "you have some other friends who want to see you y/n if you're up to it " the nurse says. You nod

In the waiting room sits all your and kyles friends. Red and bebe are holding hands taping there foot impatiently. Wendy is on the verge of tears. Stan is pacing around the room not able to sit. Kenny and cartman fell asleep on each other without knowing while waiting since then been there hours waiting for you to wake up and it now being 2:30 am. The nurse walks in and everyone looks over fast. Cartman and Kenny wake up and look at each other grossed out when the realized they fell asleep on each other "she's awake" the kids sprint down the hallway to your room. They all go to hug you "ow" you say as they realized they hugged you too tight. "Omg y/n are you ok!!!" Wendy says grabbing your hand with tears in her eyes. You nod and fight back the tears. "We're glad your ok" Kenny says grabbing the other hand. " is Kyle ok?" You ask "He just went to sleep but he was awake for a while" Stan says "we weren't aloud to see him but his parents said he doing ok" cartman added in. Flashback

You and Kyle were driving "Hey y/n there's something I been wanting to tell you" kyles says while focusing on the road "what's up?" Before Kyle could answer a driver was reckless driving and hit you guys on your side of the car. The car got crushed by the other car. Before the airbags could go off Kyle put his hand out blocking you from it cause he knew it would hurt you. Causing him to break his arm but save you. You blacked out from hitting your head. A bystander called the cops and you got rushed to the hospital.

Stan finished telling you the story and you just looked at the wall not knowing what to say. The doctor comes in telling everyone to leave cause you should get some sleep and visiting house are over hours ago but they let them stay anyways cause of how nervous they were. Everyone says goodbye and Leaves. You fall asleep holding your moms hand
