It's always darkest before the dawn 

when your world is weary, 

when all is dark, 

when dreams die and fade away, 

and all of life is stark, 

take heart in gentle love, 

for she waits in the wings,

and where she walks, 

fairies dance and angels sing,

though you cannot see her, 

she weaves a silken touch, 

leaving footprints in the sand,

sprinkling spells and such, 

lighting the dampened corridors,

the dark corners of your mind, 

leaving you breathless, 

bewildered by her kind, 

goodness glints in her eyes,

hope is in her arms, 

and all you've ever dreamed of, 

rests sweetly in her charms.

Society: Are you under 100lbs?

Girl: No but I'm happy.

Society: Is your hair down to your bum?

Girl: No but I'm happy

Society: Do you have huge boobs?

Girl: No but...

Society: Do you have a perfect smile?

Girl: No.

Society: Do you realise how ugly you are? Do you know that no one wants you?

Society: Wait, where'd you go?

Society: You committed suicide?

Society: Omg no, you were so beautiful and special and loved!! You will be missed so much!

Unless you're perfect nobody cares about you until you're dead. You realise how much you miss them when they're gone.

Attempted Suicide: 'Attention Seeker'

Successful Suicide: You were beautiful., Pretty, Loved. Now you're gone.

Just a cut.

Just a scratch.

"What's that mark?"

"It was the cat."

Just an excuse.

Just a lie.

"What's with all the bracelets?"

"Just fashion, why?"

Just a tear.

Just a scream.

"Why were you crying?"

"Just a bad dream."

But it's not just a cut.

Or a tear, or a lie.

It's always 'just one more'

Until you die...

Tears Fall From My Eyes

As tears roll down my face, 

I know you're in a better place.

I close my eyes to see your face, 

suddenly I feel a warm embrace.

With a smile so wide

it brings tears to my eyes.

I try so hard not to cry

all of my pain I cannot hide.

You always knew just what to say

to anyone having a bad day.

I don't know if I will ever understand 

but it must be part of God's plan.

As I look up towards the blue sky

I imagine you spreading your wings to fly.

Be sure to give your Mom a sign

so she knows you are in Heaven, 

and everything is fine.

Tell everyone there I send my love, 

to all of the Angels up above.

As the tears roll down my face

I know you are in a better place.
