you know that feeling when everything is silent yet it's so fucking loud at the same time? like you're home alone and you don't have any music playing and there's no one home to walk and there's no footsteps and because it's so quiet everything starts getting so loud and you can't hear yourself think? when it's so quiet that you start to hear all that shit that you couldn't bother to pay attention before and you start to hear the clock ticking and the A/C and you start to hear yourself breathing? and you can't stop hearing all of it because you noticed it so now you can't stop and you feel trapped in your room because everything is so loud and you feel tiny in between all those noises and you can't hear yourself? that's how I feel right now
