Journal #7 (Day 24)
Dina finally got my breathing down to a normal and steady pattern. I can't stopped crying though. I begged Dina to let me call Tyler. I dialed is number quickly. "Hello?" He answered.
" Hi daddy." I whispered.
"Hey princess how are you?"That's when I couldn't control myself any longer and started to sob and hiccup. He hadn't call me princess since I was eight. "Avery, can you hear me?"
I nodded, "y-y-yeah."
"I'm so proud of you. you are so strong. I know it seems hard, but it will be okay."
"Daddy, I wanna come home."
"I know baby girl, I know." I was shaking at this point. "Life gets better." He whispers.
"You promise?"
"Avery, I promise."
"I love you, Daddy."
"I love you more than you could ever know."
"Daddy?"
"Yeah?"
"I'm gonna be good, I promise."
"I know, smiles, you are always good."
I can't help but smile, "Is Emily there?"
"Yeah, one sec,"
Then Emily came on, "Hello?"
"I love you." I whispered.
" I know hon, I love you too."
"Avery!" Dina yelled, "Your ten minutes is up. Say goodbye and hang up."
"I gotta go, Momma. I Miss you. I miss all of you."
"We miss you too, Smiles. See ya, soon."
When I hung up I had stopped crying, I'm just really tired.
