Flashbacks

~1995~ (Nick and Elsa are 15)

"How's school?" Nicks asks me as we lay in my bed

"Exhausting" I say with a sigh

"I can't wait to leave" I say closing my eyes

"I wish I was in school" Nick mumbles

"I always wanted to join the basketball team" Nick grins

"With your height" I laugh "I'm pretty sure you could be the captain

He playfully nudges me

"How does it feel?" I ask randomly

He raises his eyebrows "how does what feel?"

"Being in a famous boyband?" I ask my handsome boyfriend

He smiles at me "it's amazing, although it can get tiring sometimes" he says

I sit up and my hair moves around my face

"How so?" I push my hair out of my face

"Like, you can't go around public without getting mugged. There's some things you need to let go when you join the music industry, like your privacy" Nick says crossing his arms

"Do you sometimes regret being in a boyband?" I ask him

He quickly shakes his head "No, no, this has been my dream since I was a kid"

He then smiles bigger "and if I wasn't in a boyband.. I wouldn't have met you"

~1996~ (Both 16)

"Happy anivorsery!" Nick says throwing his arms wide open

"Happy anivorsery" I smile at my boyfriend

We've been together for a year

"I can't believe i put up with you for a year now" I say leaning up his shoulder

"I'm surprised that you have too" Nick chcukles

"Nick, I love you a lot, and I want to be with you forever" i tell him seriously as we both sit on the beach

He looks down and picks up some sand "I love you too, but I don't see myself getting married"

I frown at his statement "why do you say that?"

He shurgged his shoulders "My parents are divorced so I assume I will be too" he says looking at the sunset

I lay my hand on top of his "Not everyone is the same"

~Earlier in 1997~ (17 years old, Elsa's birthday)

"Nick what are you doing?" I giggle as Nick covers my eyes leading me somewhere

"I'm just taking you to your present" Nick tells me

"Did you get me a puppy?" I tease

"Okay we're done moving. Are you going to kill me now?" I say playfully

He carefully removes his hands away from my eyes and I let out a gasp

"Nick you didn't" I say turning around

"Oh but I did" he smirks jiggling keys in front of my face

I jump on him making us both fall down

"I love you, I love you" i say kissing all over his face

I quickly get the keys from him

"I can't believe you got me a car!" I shout with a big smile

He got me a ace v8

I run my hands over the ace v8 red car

"I love it so much, thank you" I smile Nick

"Anything for my princess" he smiles at me

"I love you so much" I smile at him

I look at the broken sleeping boy next to me

How can someone be so perfect

"I love you Nickolas" I whisper and kiss his forhead
