Today the day, the day to make it happen. The dream that I had for so long will finally turn into reality. I'm on my way to close a major deal with the one and only Mr. Bentley. The founding fathers of successful companies and a good friend of my dad, Chad Henderson.

Together they were unstoppable growing up I admired them greatly. My dad and his buddy made me want to work harder for everything I've ever wanted. Sure birthing into a wealthy family was terrific and all. Somehow I was different. I wanted to be different from others. Therefore I refused to have things handed to me so working for the things that I desire made me appreciate them even more.

My efforts had paid off because I own several businesses worldwide. Companies of my own. But now I'm ready to take things to the next level to co-own a millionaire enterprise with Mr. Bentley. Rushing to get dressed early in the morning was something that I used that I've adapted into because my mentor and co-owner doesn't tolerate anyone that is behind schedule.

I don't either.

Walking straight to the kitchen I spotted my housekeeper, Linda, at the top of her game completed making breakfast. One of the things that I appreciated about her. Linda Melanie Smith has been working for me for quite awhile. And so far so good, we get along well. She has seen me through my ups and downs; I'm very grateful to have her.

Don't know what I could've done without her.

I couldn't help but smile as I observe her. As usual, she's cleaning. Yes, it was part of her job to do so. She cleans every minute, every second when there's no dirt? She cleans. When there's not a single soil left to found; not even through a magnifying glass all of that didn't stop her to keep on cleaning.

She doesn't notice me at all.

Not a bit.

I resumed studying her gestures. It appeared that she once again was lost in her thoughts. A unique trait she had. A quality that somehow I liked. She barely detects my presence that I am still before for her as she gracefully moves to polish the flat screen TV.

I cleared my throat purposely.

"Good morning, Linda." I greeted warmly. Did I mention that she's incredibly shy? Especially, when I'm around until this day, I'm a bit disappointed that she hasn't warmed up to me after all those years. I've noticed that whenever I'm around her, she looks... unsettled...nervous...frightened...
I pray that she's not afraid of me. That would change everything.

Was I an angry man in her eyes? I don't consider myself a violent person and hope she doesn't assume that I am. The last thing I want to do is scare her away. I just want her to be..comfortable--

"G-Good morning, Mr. Henderson!" She jumps dropping all her equipment on the floor that she's now nervously picking up as she trembled, involuntary.

I chuckled.

I told you.

"Relax, Linda. I don't bite," I reassured her hoping that will put her at ease. "Unless you want me too," I added hoping to get a reaction out of her. Slowly, she glimpsed my way then quickly turned her gaze elsewhere as she noticed my intense eye contact.

Score!

"Do you want to join me for breakfast" I teased. My housekeeper facial expression was priceless.
