"Mummy!" I looked towards her bathroom and saw her running over. She stopped in front of me and span around.

"Your as beautiful as a princess." I smiled and held out a small box to her. "I got you this one. I want you to wear it tonight." She squealed happily and took it over to her bed. She sat down and quickly unwrapped it before opening the black box and she looked at me confused. "What? Every princess should have a tiara." I smiled taking it out the box and gently setting it on her head.

She smiled and hugged me tightly. I kissed her head before taking her hand.
"We should get to the others." Bella said. I nodded and we left Aprils bedroom. We walked down the stair case and walked the halls before arriving at the ball room. April giggled before running over to Stefan who just stared at her. Bella had gone over to Edward and Jacob with Renesmee, leaving me by myself. I looked around, smiling as I saw Caius stood there in a fancy suit. He was talking with Aro and Marcus while others talked and danced. I could see April talking with the Egyptian coven with the two Romanian brothers hovering over her, keeping her safe. I placed my hand on my bump and walked over to the three brothers. Caius smiled looking over in my direction.
"Hello love." He wrapped his arm around me, causing me to lean into him. He kissed my temple and I couldn't help but relax into him. "How are you feeling?"
"Tiered. A little thirsty too." He chucked and lifted his hand. A lower guard member walked over and held a wine glass filled with blood. I smiled, taking it, sipping it happily.
"How is our you princes?" Aro asked.
"Draining me. I won't be able to walk soon." I frowned and I could see the worry in Caius's eyes. I gave him a small smile and kissed his cheek. "I'll need more help from Carlisle as soon as I can't walk anymore. The baby will need more blood and organs to eat as well." I rest my hand on my bump and Caius rubbed it gently. I felt the two babies inside me move around. I smiled as Marcus watched me with a smile on his face.
"There is something we was discussing last night." Caius said looking to his brother and I nodded. "If something was to happen to both of us we want the children to be under you care. Being my child, all our enemies will want them dead. If they stay with the Volturi they'll be safer." He explained and I nodded in agreement.
"Almost like a godfather." I added and Aro smiled brightly and clapped excitedly.
"Oh how wonderful. Of course I'll except this responsibility. I will treat them as my own." I smiled gently at him and looked to Caius when two little arms wrapped around my left leg. I looked down and saw April smiling up at Caius.
"Come and dance with me daddy." She giggled grabbing his hand. He just scooped her up and took her to he dance floor. I couldn't help but smile as he let her stand on his shoes as they danced together.
"He'll be a good father." I nodded, agreeing with Marcus's words. I watch Sulpicia rushed over and grabbed Aro's hand.
"Come now darling." I watched as they began to dance. I looked to Marcus who watched as the others danced around happily.
"Would you care for a dance Marcus?" He smiled and offered his arm for me to take. I took it and he guided me to the dance floor. I giggled as we swayed to the music chatting about books we had read. Then a sudden pain erupted in my side. I let go of Marcus and grabbed me side.
"Eaven?" He held me up when the music stopped. Others clapped at the dancers that they had been watching.
"Get Carlisle." I whimper as my eyes filled with tears. The pain kept coming and I couldn't hold myself up any longer. I fell to my knees.
"Mummy!" I looked up as my vision became blurry. I watched a fuzzy April run over as Caius looked over. I couldn't hold myself up anymore. The music cut off compliantly ad I heard others whispering and gasping. I felt gravity pull me down as I fell to my side. I felt a hand go under my bump and another under my head. I was laid down and I saw Edward Cullen.
"I-I-" my voice was slurred and I felt week. Lightheaded. Caius hovered over me as I saw Aro pick up April and hold her back. She was crying. "April." I whisper.
"What has she drank?" I heard a voice. I looked up at the people above me. Marcus handed Carlisle the glass I had drank out off. He sniffed it before putting the last drop in his mouth. He quickly spat it out. "Wolf venom." Caius growled.
"That's not toxic to a Banshee." I heard Vladimir say.
"Babies." I whispered and Caius clicked.
"The babies are half vampire. They'll die." I whimper when I was picked up.
"I need it get the babies out. Now." I tried to move my hand but it just fell limp.
"Too soon." I whisper and Carlisle frowned. I felt dizzy as he ran out the room with me in his arms. "They'll die."
"They'll die if I don't get them out." He said as he placed me on the operating table. "I'm sorry." I felt a small prick on my arm and slowly I started to fall into deep darkness.
