as Derek and Rossi are driving to Grace Grey foster family Garcia was on speaker
"here's the thing Grace also known as Gracie was put into foster care after her mother died at the age of five her father went to prison her father get this Scott Grey also known as.." Garcia said
"The back alley butcher" Rossi said
"yes now weather or not Grace knows it or not that he's her father she gets a welfare check every month her foster family Billy May and Katie May cash in every month" Garcia said
"here's where things get weird they stopped claiming Gracie five years ago" Garcia said
"How does that work they cash her social security but don't claim her as a dependent why" Derek said
"here's the other thing no one has seen or heard from Gracie since she was eight" Garcia said
"no school records no soccer team on doctor records nothing it's like she fell off the face of the earth" Garcia said
"Can you analyze her picture to what she would look like today" Rossi said

Rossi was Interviewing Katie while JJ was Interviewing Billy as everyone else stood outside watching the interviews

"so you collect her money on her but you have no idea where she is" Rossi said getting upset

"where is Gracie" Rossi asked Katie
"I haven't seen her in five years! Okay!" Katie said
"But you were perfectly fine taking the money for her" Rossi said
"we need the money" She said

She didn't answer
Officer Rossi said and Officer came in and took her and her husband away to jail
Derek called Garcia "Yeah" She said "i need you to find Gracie" Derek said
"your not the only one" Garcia said
"Gracie is smarter than your average 13 year old she never steals from the same place she skips around she hacked into the California state police but left no trail but no one ever sees her face so i enhanced the picture of what she would look like now i sent it to your phone also there's something" Garcia said
"what" Derek asked
"Scott Grey escaped prison four days ago" Garcia said
"were not the only one's looking for her" Derek said
"He's our unsub he's looking for her" Derek said hanging up
Gracie pov
i walked on to the city bus with my hood up i sit on the bus great where do i go now that the stupid "MAN" is at our territory
I get off the bus after a few stops i feel like i was being followed i see a Man with hark hair and green eyes i act like i don't see him but then his pace picks up then i start to sprint and he was hot on my tail i ran across the highway avoiding all the cars i could but then i get hit hard by a pickup rolling across the road
"Oh my god! are you alright!" someone got out of the car
"Hello 911 i need an ambulance!" Stay with me sweetie" she said
then everything goes black
