~ chapter 8 ~

when i got home the boys were already there in my living room and the second we stepped into the house all of them looked at us and smirked
'get your head out of your ass all of you' i said as jaden went to sit with them and i wandered up the stairs to get changed, as i was getting my clothes out of my closet anthony came in and told me we would be going to the beach after we got food and to bring a bikini then he left, i decided to where this bikini under this outfit as it was quite warm

i threw one my airforce1 and left my hair down with its natural wave, it was around half 4 so i had downstairs where the boys were 'let's go bitches' i said picking up 2 cars keys, anthony's and jadens, as running out of the door while the boys laughed i also heard josh shout shotgun and followed me, jaden and me got in the front with kio and bryce in the back in jadens car and josh griffin anthony and quinton in anthony's car, we went to chick fil a and went through the drive through and headed to the beach, once we get there we all laid our towels down and changed into out swimwear as we ate our chick fil a and talked
'okay how about odds on or truth or dare' bryce suggests 'i'm down for odds on' i said to which everyone agreed
(a/n = if you don't know what odds on is, it's basically dared but only if you and another person say the same number)
'okay since you suggested it you can go first' jaden said to bryce 'odds on you jumping in the sea, nice and easy' 'bet' 3...2...1...' i counted down
'7' they both said and bryce hugged and puffed then he ran over to the sea and jumped in shouting 'CANNONBALL' we all laughed as he came back over
'oh you think that's funny?' he said looking at me 'pfft yes' wrong answer, the second i said that he engulfed me in a hug, a very wet cold hug 'thanks bryce, appreciate it' we all played for a bit till it was my turn
'morgan, odds on you going up to that group of lads and getting atleast one of there numbers' josh said pointing to the group of lads playing volleyball a bit further down the beach 'okay' i said as i looked around the circle noticing anthony punching joshes arm and jaden looking down '3...2...1...' '5' we both said at the same time, i didn't want to do it because jaden looked so sad but i got up and walked over with my phone in my hand, i quickly turn around and see all the boys laughing as i'm nearly there, i walk over until i realise who is there, i don't know most of them but tony and ondreaz lopez are there and i don't have the motivation for this today, i slowly start backing away and quickly turned away and ran straight to the boys, tears forming but i'm pushing them back as i sit back down
'you didn't even do it?' josh said quietening his voice as i looked at him with tears in my eyes'

Jaden's pov:

morgan comes running back as sit down as josh says 'you didn't even do it' he voice gets quieter as she looks at him, her eyes are glossy and full of tears, i put my hand on her leg and she flinches 'are you okay morgan?' i ask she nods as she says 'i just need a minute, i'll be back' and with that she gets up and walks towards the sea

'what the hell was that about?' kio says and everyone responds with shrugs but bryce seams spaced out looking in the direction of the group of lads till he says 'oh shit' 'oh shit what' anthony questions 'that's tony and ondreaz' bryce says pointing to the group 'so?' quintons says 'some shit went down between her and tony' bryce says not wanting to give away too much as he was clearly hinding something 'didn't he like leak her nudes or something' josh questions to which anthony responds 'something like that'
'i'm going to go talk to her, i don't think her being alone is a good idea' i say as i stand up and grab my hoodie and start walking over to her, she's sat down infront of the waves with her head in her knees, i sit down next to her and gently nudge her gaining her attention, she looks so broken

morgan's pov:

after i said i needed a minute i wondered over and sat infront of the waves, i know nothing happened with me and tony today and i know it's been years but i haven't seen him in person since we broke up and honestly i didn't realise how unready i actually was for this, it was like a constant reminder that i can't have fun, i'm honestly just glad he didn't see me, i pulled my knees into my face and silently cried for a bit, why wasn't me life simple, when did this get so complicated, i was just trying to have a bit of fun with the boys and my brother, they're become some of my closest friends but no i guess not, i was just sat there taking in my surroundings when i heard someone sit down next to me and nudge me gently causing me to pull my head up, it's was jaden 'hey' was all i managers to get out, i was mad but i wasn't, i wanted to be alone because i hate the boys seeing me like this, completely messes with my image, but it's nice to know thats they care enough to check on me 'hey' he responds as he shoots me a smile and looks at the view and slowly nods his head 'nice view' i smile, sniffle and say 'ye' 'how you feeling' he asked as he softly nudged me with his elbow 'not great' i said with a slight giggle as i nudged him back 'well that's all i needed to know' he said sarcastically 'now i can leave' he said sarcastically again and standing up causing me to laugh, he put his hands out for me to grab, i held them and he pulled me up and pulled me into a hug 'i don't know what's happened, and don't feel pressured to tell me, but i'm always here for you if you need to talk to anyone about anything, even if we hate each other, you can talk to me, i promise' he said as we hugged, i hugged him tighter and so did he 'thank you hossler' i muttered into his chest but he heard me, we let go and he wiped the tears from under my eyes as he said 'much better, i don't like seeing you cry' which made me smile and blush, he grabbed my hand and started walking over to the boys, they all began apologising immediately so i reassured them that it wasn't there fault and we all decide to go into the sea, as i was getting up jaden picked me up and threw me over his shoulder as he ran to the sea
'HOSSLER! PUT ME DOWN!' i say between laughs and he just laughed, he put me down in the sea, it was up to my neck and i could barely reach the floor
'i can't reach the floor' i say to jaden as i tool my eyes and begin to swim slightly shallower until i feel myself getting pick up by my waist by jaden, he pulls me and i wrap my legs around his waist 'i've got you' he says as he hold me while we stand in the water
