"yo Lani lemme holla at you real quick" i heard some deep voice say and i didn't even pay them no mind, i just kept walking. as i started walking i felt someone grab me from behind.
"fuck is you doing touching me" i said turning around with an attitude all over my face
"my bad shawty, i was talking ta you yeen listen" the same deep voice said making me smack my lips.
"i obviously heard you, didn't feel like speaking and still don't" i said getting ready to walk away
"damn so its like that? i can't fuck witchu?" he asked me and i shook my head no.
"i'm good luv" i said rolling my eyes and walking towards the school exit. this was a regular day in the my life. it was always these musty little boys tryna "holla" at me but i'm really good off them. i go to school to get my education and bounce. nothing more, nothing less. as usual when i get out Key isn't there. i waited in front of the school building trying to find his car and after a couple minutes i heard trap music coming up the street and instantly knew it was him. i walked towards the car and saw Nari sitting in the front seat so i went to the back.
"why you look so stink?" Nari said to me as i entered the car
"cause why these little boys always trying to talk to me bro? like never did this nigga grab me like i didn't hear him the first time" i said closing the door
"who was grabbing on you?" Key said turning to look at me in the backseat
"some boy i don't even know him" i said pulling my phone out and scrolling through it
"show me who da nigga is" Key said getting ready to get out the car
"relax Key" Nari said grabbing on his arm making him smack his teeth. "you good though Lani?" she turned to look at me and i nodded.
"it's just annoying, they do this everyday" i said rolling my eyes
"girl that's what happens when you cute" she said and i smiled
"don't gas ha" Key said smacking his lips
"boy she never lied" i said "anyway, i'm surprised you here" i said to Nari making her laugh.
"why you surprised?" she asked me
"cause you literally abandoned me again, you and the girls always leave me out of stuff" i said fake pouting
"girl never that, you just always in school. when you graduate, it's up" Nari said and i nodded.
"y'all hungry?" Key asked us and I nodded.
"not really, i didn't even eat the food you brought to my house" Nari said
"ouu so let me cook you dont have to waste money and plus i'm tired of eating out" i said and Key started laughing.
